I wouldn't have killed him.
On the grounds that his role can't possibly be a recurring one (because it would ruin the game) and that he's most likely a spent force now.
That would be consistent with my role at least.

Here's what I'm thinking:
1. Mono is confirmed.
2. Scum should have taken him out...I don't see a reason not to...Like I said, he's confirmed.
3. This makes me think that maybe scum are noobers and maybe made a noob mistake by not killing Mono.
Again, just my thoughts.

Remember, there are no vanilla roles in this game - I doubt any of us are weaker than a used up day-time vig (assuming he is used up). Also, I guess a doctor (not to be confused with The Doctor of course) might well defend the only confirmed townie.
That said, I'd really like an explanation from chouette why he did that, seemed really unnecessary to end day 1 mid-way without getting anywhere.

Can there be a Mafia vig? Maybe the mod gave The Doctor and his friends a power role to give them an edge against a strong town with no vanillas in it?spectrumvoid wrote: We have no way of knowing whether he's a 1 shot vig, so I'm not assuming anything about him.
Chouette's play just doesn't make sense if he is pro-town, but it seems like great play if he is Mafia, right? I will

Yeah, that could be the case also...I would just think that scum may be afraid of a pro-town killer IMO.spectrumvoid wrote: I'm a noob here... why should scum kill a comfirmed townie? Why don't they aim for someone else, just in case they get lucky and kill a cop?
There can be an SK....I would think that if there's a Vig, there's a SK.Snoddasmannen wrote: Can there be a Mafia vig?
On top of that, I think that monsieurchette would be pro-town.

Before the bandwagon builds up I'm gonna let you know that I'm the one-shot resurrector that Max was referring to in his post - trying to resurrect Channeldelibird.
And I'm a werewolf... So I could go hooooowl instead. Which is a werewolf noise.
And even though K9 speaks English your post is still actually the smartest theory anyone's had so far.

Damn! Thought I was onto something there. Should have known better than to think the mod would give such a suicidal post restriction..........
But actually why would a werewolf be a one-shot resurrector?
Downgrading vote to a FOS pending explanation of werewolves who can resurrect people.

I think that it's just a pointless vote...We all know that he is a Vig....That's pro-town...IMO there is no reason to vote for him....I mean do you really think that your 1 vote when the rest of us aren't going to vote for him is really "pressuring him to talking?"...I can't see why a pro-town player would vote for someone who is confirmed.spectrumvoid wrote: roar. Arafax what's wrong with voting to pressurize someone to say something? Interesting wolf theory.
