in case i didn't mention it earlier, yeah that was the post in his (spiffeh's) iso i was having the most trouble reconciling my scumread on him with. it felt a lot like the kind of town post i would make in a similar situation

looking at it on its own makes a townlean but then the posts/iso as a whole give me a scumlean on him. and with coug being up and coming now, i'm willing to just set it aside for future review eventually

I just recall you being a real stickler to get people talking in the last game we were in together and I doubt you would have let me get away with "because it's a tell" or something similarly shitty.

Later in the game when there's #content to draw from, sure. When a game's still in its early stages and there's not a lot of substance, I'm not going to go all in on explaining a read because it's going to bog the game down, and I might decide quickly that it's not alid reasoning (which is what just happened here!).
