I don't trust anyone who posts less than me. Vote for Chaos.

Going for Accountant now looks good. It was a vote on an inactive but for a reason. The Accountant wagon went to a standstill and we had 3 inactives. If Accountant is scum, scum are bound to not support his lynch. If Accountant is town they should be piling on him. I elimmed Pista and Chaos because they weren't as interesting regardless of Accountant's alignment.

Liking Lycanfire as town.

Lycan - why make an argument supporting my lynch, then vote Lowell? Not that I don't appreciate it of course

because people going inactive looks strange but claiming you're scum as a result is pretty dumb.

Accountant, I'm concerned that you had nothing to say about Lowell calling you a newb. Did you agree with that characterization?

Tiershift and ChaosOmega have been prodded.

noticeable lack of sheeping going on. the other wagons seemed good enough.

ehhhh
I don't think of myself as a newb, but I do make the occasional newb mistake. I don't think Lowell's characterization is accurate, but I see where he's coming from.
don't particularly think it's relevant to the game honestly

i know I just implied we shouldn't lynch someone due to inactive but i've changed my mind bout this
I care because it struck me as overly serious for page 1, which pinged my scum-dar, but I wasn't sure because I didn't think it was a big deal if it really was just silly RVS. The "why do you care?" also strikes me as scummy, like you're trying to figure out how I want you to think.
VOTE: tiershift
Pistachion hugely avoids talking about the accountant wagon here, which is the big thing happening here. I originally read this as town for trying to move the game forward and bringing in new perspectives, but in a reread it looks really awkward and out of place, like pistachi0n does not know how to place himself wrt the accountant wagon.
BBT - didn't like 35, looked like he wanted to show he was town by his desire to advance the game, but voted a person with a naked vote as their only post and who wasn't the leading wagon without questioning any player...BBT is voting leading wagons and hasn't really contributed anything yet, doesn't move the needle either way for me
Carey - no real content or effort to figure out the game state (aside from 91), and then the last third of his posts have been a push on me because I'm a lurker, which is easy to push without providing useful content
pist - wasn't on my radar at all until Tier's 137; sheeping the read with no other insights on my end

Who's your biggest scumread so far, Accountant?

umlaut. tier makes a fairly good case on pist too, which is why I'm sheeping him
you're somewhere in third place, below umlaut but I voted you over him earlier beacuse I was hoping to prod you into generating content(asking questions isn't content, imo, unless you're going to show town the thought process of you analyzing the question answers)

It's a tell I was caught on in a recent game, actually.
I don't think a player who's been here a year especially likes being called a newbie. As such the natural reaction would be to respond with either "that's not accurate" or "that's sort of accurate, but <face-saving commentary>."
However, in this case Lowell used it to support a townread, or at least negate a scumread; and a scum player would be far more worried about being seen as scum than about being seen as newbish. So the natural reaction for scum would be to leave it alone for fear of disturbing Lowell's townread.

Feel like elaborating on that? I'd like to know where this came from because I'm usually pretty good at towntelling.

I also like the case on pist, but the makeup of the wagon (beyond Tier himself) is just awful: a scumread, a lurker, and a lurker-replacement who openly says he hasn't read yet.
Thats such a dumb tell though Umlaut, like why would I give a shit if another player thinks I'm a newb as long as they aren't being a dick/disregarding my points because of it
