Seems a bit weird he went from possibly asking serious questions ("why are you lying daitsi?) to what looks like an RVS vote.

I find myself hard agreeing with most of what VP Baltar has already explained regarding Iconeum’s push on NPOM, which I thought was too much on what seemed to me as mildly defensive. So I’m going to place VP Baltar as a Town Lean, though I’ll admit that he certainly sounds like he’s been around, so could be fooling me with the tone.

anyway, does knowing npom is an experienced player change your read there?
also i wanted to wait and see if npom was gonna correct baltar about being (in)experienced, but then testarossa brought up the alt, big sad.

Sorry! I was lazy.
Have you played with NPOM's alt before? Maybe I'm just making bad assumptions about experience here. That would definitely change my read of that situation.

My alt was YellowSnow. i get mislynched because i get involved day 1 and people are overeager to think their first impressions are correct. sometimes i say things to get reads and people mistake them as actual accusations.

re: baltar, i have not played with his alt, i just remembered seeing him say somewhere he's got that account, and the join date being a few years back. i don't actually know anything about his play, i just assumed earlier join date = more experience.

I don't like this post. I can't really put my finger down what exactly it is. If it's the tone, the exaggeration, feeling kinda fake or whatever. This post was before VP stepped in with a contra opinion regarding NPOM, when Icon was more or less dominating the conversation. I was wondering what your stance on NPOM was by this post as it comes across you take this on in a jokingly approach, which more or less looks slightly like indirect shade on NPOM, because it didn't come across to me you were thinking of awkward/bad/whatever town here. But then again you already said a few posts before in
97 that NPOM feels really testy, which sounds to me like you are tending to at least suspecting him as this is pretty much the argument that Icon and Datisi used to scumread NPOM.
So can you clarify this please? Because later after this post you decide to throw out a RVS vote, which looks weird to me considering I had the impression you were leaning on NPOM.
Honestly the dude seemed testy, which could be scum or could be a way town reacts to jokey rvs. The fact that he doubled down on it almost feels too scummy to be scum. But i thought that overt hostility was too scummy to be scum before and that player ended up being scum. So this is something that im going to treat as a play style thing that may be less so later.

Actually it is was more me responding to inocs intensity than being testy i think. It is aggravating that people think that pointing out naked votes is being testy but that's here nor there.

Honestly the why are you lying isn't really a serious question. I've played games with Datisi before and early games with her and icon aren't very serious. I havent really gotten into the game fully yet.

I could tell that skipping rvs was going to annoy inoc, which is exactly why i did it. I read players better when they are on tilt.

Not really and it didn't annoy me like people think it did. People crying foul over me pointing it out did mildly annoy me.
