having never played this setup before, and so not sure of the exact contours of the rule, i would be careful about talking about where this might be going given the no-n0-talk rule.

This is where your logic is flawed. I ran a 10-3-1 setup with us through my distribution checker so I can confirm my script isn't showing much bias.
It randomly set up the game 10,000 times assuming 10-3-1.

Yeah that was pretty odd.

Oh hey its 11-3.... I'm also not that used to open setups is my defence here xD (Seriously go look, I mostly play closed themes :P)

Oh well, SK in that example now exists to show the possibility of rolling 1 specific role in the pool, add it on to town if you want town numbers
