some questions

1. why are reviews for closed theme games required here, but not in the mini theme queue? (totally understandable if it's a personal preference thing)
2. if it is stated beforehand that a game will explicitly be unbalanced, would it still require a review? (i'm not talking about stuff like GIM games, I mean fun setups or extremely bastard games or stuff like that)

I have chosen to maintain review requirements in the micro queue. yes, all closed games require a review. for closed theme games, you are allowed to choose your reviewer.
