I tend to think of trust in the following ways.
1. This person said they're going to do a thing. I think they're gunna do the thing, actually.
2. I value this person's opinions, I will weigh it more than I would weigh it from someone I don't trust.
3. Don't trust people unless you can afford betrayal.
