How are we supposed to catch scum with just a Vig and a Doc? It makes no sense. Unless someone can rationalize a 12:2 scenario with no investigative roles [and a swingy Vig role - I might add] as balanced, I'm not buying. 11:3 with a cop and a vig? Yeah, I can accept that as balanced.
