Well then I have no clue why he kept the info, but the bottom line is that he/I got a hit on Varsoon last night and when I took over I brought it right to everyone's attention.

Lying about a PR immediately makes anyone else who might be that PR know you're full of it.
Furthermore, the (usually) only way to know someone is or isn't a PR is to be scum.
