Is it possible that there's a ninja in play and it's being interpreted as immune to showing up to the tracker in any capacity, not just as the first target?

I mean, you're using assumptions about what the game mod might or might not have written in secret role PMs to decide who's scum. Trying to outguess the mod is almost never a good idea, even with the most consistent and predictable moderators. It's on the same level as lynching people based on setup speculation, when nobody knows what the setup is.

Answer: No, because we have no idea whether Monkey did the same thing in all PMs.

This is also why I'm not crazy about the Desperado case atm. There's any number of things from game mechanics to moderator whim that could have caused TIP to only get one name in his results.
