did scum have daychat? if not I feel like that wld have helped.
there are so many directions this game cld have gone but I do agree that the indie was op.
I think this was the first game where wis and I worked together and it was the strangest thing cos I swear he was reading my mind. it was awsum.
I loved hydra-ing with tere.
sorry scum that you guys didn't have much fun.

They didn't have daychat, no. As a bit of an aside, I personally love daychat and almost always use it in setups if I have a choice. I got a little cute with that here though and scum would have gotten daychat for killing both masons.
The more I think about it, the more I wish I would have left the collector in its second incarnation. I'll explain how the role changed when I'm not mobile.

Personally I really like scum daychat, but I know that's because that's the meta I'm used to from other sites.

This setup was fair and balanced.
I just kind yolo'd once I realized that Jingle had not only put a gamebreaking 3rd party into the game, but also screwed up the opening PMs so that someone might realize I was confirmed scum at anytime.

I really like scum daychat both because it's incredibly powerful for scum, and because Antihero Reboot had the best scumteam ever.
I'm gonna go necro the scum QT, just to fuck with ETL.

I really do think this has some promise. I think your take on the powers might spoiler us too much but you should definitely tweak and run again. I really like rotating powers games

The original version of the role was scrapped because of spoilers for the show.
The second incarnation didn't need specific objects. It won when it controlled 7 or more objects and started with 2.
The third incarnation was actually a serial killer.
And the fourth incarnation was what happened, although I tweaked it several times.

Maybe the collector can have 2 specific items to grab or just any five?

I think the way I had it is fine if the game isn't breakable by flavor and I don't outright tell the collector that his targets are town.
With that said, if/when I run this again in the future, I may tweak the Collector role in any way I see fit or I may not use a 3rd party at all.

I haven't decided anything concrete yet, but so far I'm leaning towards a 19 player game. I'll definitely let you guys know when I'm closer to running it.
