It is a shame that Pine made his slot so scummy because I thought Chemist was fairly townie. I don’t get why you guys voted to kill a slot that wasn’t Wake if you weren’t going to use his vigilante shot.
I just find it funny that I replaced in and got immediately lynched. Yay!

Aw, why did you doubt me? I mean, were you townreading me less than someone in the non-volunteers group?

I don’t get it either and I was scum in this game.

Outside of Venmar, you had the shadiest acceptance to the no-lynch list. That's really the biggest reason.

I still can’t believe we actually won this. None of us has had any familiarity with this type of setup and we made so many mistakes, like Creature aptly put in, he was wondering what scum was doing, well, we were too.

Well played, Mimes.

Same, I wish I could've stayed in longer. Had the right idea about Pyrhha and Gamma early on, and I was getting massive scum pings while reading Farkran's talk about "oh good job guys we won" and "everyone not voting me is confirmed mime".

This setup is made a lot harder by inactives and scummy town, as they stay around for the whole game while the towny active people get lynched off.

Interesting idea though, would replay with some alterations made to spice it up.
It’s hard to mod a game, maybe the rules need to be changed for incorrigible lurkers?

I'm thinking maybe on Day 1 have a vote to give a town player the vigilante shot? It only succeeds if a town player is the one nominated? Not sure how much that messes up the balance

I think that from a town pov, that would have probably been the most optimal use of the vig.

I think that makes it really difficult for scum, since you just try to nominate scum day 1, and if you're correct, you instawin by never lynching them.
Having the vig also be a one-shot treestumper by being the hammer would help.

Well, my strategy failed in the end. Didn't figure in a mime being the last kill in a group, which kind of messes the strategy up a bit.

outed from this when I thought of a (super boring) break strat.
on doing the math I was wrong, just would have turned it into a coinflip.
Spoiler: in case anyone is interested
vig claims day 1, and chooses all the lynches, then shoots himself in lylo.
assuming the vig chooses at random leads to 50% (109/220) chance of town win.
