I gotcha. The point is to make people commit to claiming whether they targeted someone or not. I want to avoid scum just saying "oh yeah I'm a PR" since the type of PR can be adjusted based on other claims. Pinning them down to whether they acted or not makes them unable to take it back, plus they have to give their reasons for it. So it's not just about the role.
