Right. This setup.
I pretty much always start my mod commentary by apologizing for the sheer awfulness of the setup and its moderation. This will not be an exception. The UPick concept is about showing off a mod's ability to put together a setup about anything in a short amount of time. I, on the other hand, thrive on being a total paranoiac and making sure that the setup is as solid as I can get it given my own ability to understand it. It shouldn't surprise you, then, that I began finding several hilarious ways that this setup could go wrong - and not just in the "lol overpowered" sense, but the "this can screw a faction over" sense - within hours of the game beginning. To give you one example, had the scum decided to quicklynch Saki on the last Day, the lynch would not have been processed, the vote count would have reset, and all three scum would have had to give some very compelling (or amusing) explanations for that sudden surge of votes. So simply put, the setup was garbage. Almost all of my setups are experimental in some way or another, and this is an experiment I will gladly not repeat.
I would like to apologize to all the people who got mystery abilities in this game in particular. I was worried that the abilities could be "gamed" if the players knew about them (particularly Saki's Rift Door). In retrospect, that was just a really bad design choice, I should feel bad, and I do feel bad.
Luckily, the play in this game was also garbage, to be quite honest. The complexity of the roles was beyond several players, and there were at least three instances of players just not sending in actions. I don't think anyone noticed. The scum didn't realize until Night 3 (or in one person's case, a few hours into Night 4) that they could kill and take another action at the same time, because reading Role PMs just isn't in vogue right now. The Day 1 lynch was a quicklynch, the Day 2 lynch was a self-hammer, the Day 3 lynch had two scum votes parked on ProHawk from one player, and the Day 4 lynch featured early voting in LyLo. Daemon and Andrius won by not really doing a whole lot during the Day phases, which is fairly enviable - it means that the Townies who got lynched were too suspicious to let live just through their normal play.
Were it not for Lady Lambdadelta calling for a Jabberwock lynch D4 I'd call her Town MVP, as she was crying tears of Catsandra all D3 if memory serves. As it stands I'm conflicted.
Andrius screwed up his fakeclaim. He got the correct localized name Lewyn, but missed Forseti. Clearly I should have been playing this game.~
The reason the game went to Night at the end was because Purpkin had the ability to control morph the cat's vote. If Purpkin wasn't killed, they could actually lynch scum Day 5. Of course, there was no way that Purpkin could have been protected from kills at that point, and the game would have been a scum win anyway, but it still would have been an amusing reversal - more so if the scum had lobbed their kill at Saki so Day 5 would have opened with six players and a replacement in Saki's slot.

Some notes on the submissions I got--
*Tharja was the only person I could come up with for Purpkin's "sassy Battle Mage" request. If they were actually talking about Battle Mage the scummer, then I don't even know.
*Daemon's role and ProHawk's roles were the only two that I designed after rolling alignments. I had
no
idea what to do with Daemon's role, but he was pretty much getting the
role simply because he didn't have any specific requests. Luckily he drew scum.
*Tharja's Machomaker ability was pretty much intended for in case they drew scum.
*TheIrishPope's submissions are hereby voted Most Boring. I think I overcompensated with that crazy Sleep mechanic though.
*There was no way Oil Tycoons was getting any other role after requesting both Marth and Lucina.
*LLD literally requested the original Boring-Ass Vanilla Cat, which made my day. (meow)
*Two people went for Noire! Barring DTMaster's second line of submissions, that was the only duplication. Noire wasn't the person I would have expected to be asked for twice...
*No one requested
. No one requested any of the literal gods in the series. I am disappointed by this.
Some special shout-outs for this game, and I know doing this is gauche but I was rather upset when I typed this:
*Sakura Hana! Your reveal didn't say anything about your abilities, so you were breaking site rules by putting them on your wiki! This was only noticed at the beginning of Night 4 when it wouldn't have made a difference, so there isn't much to do about it now, but in the future, please attempt to use common sense.
*Cabd! Just because I don't answer a question within two minutes, it doesn't mean that I'm ignoring you! And if I am ignoring you, it's probably because you're either asking me questions you know I'm unwilling to answer or trying to provoke me about how I don't want to answer your questions! And when you say "so uh no fast forward"
three minutes
after I say that I've received your Night 4 actions because I haven't posted a final scene by then, it makes me want to come out in public and tell everyone what an awful person you are!
*DTMaster! I really don't care if you're at a meet - the game keeps going! You came up for replacement three damn times in this game and told me you were going to keep playing the first two times! I've had someone over all week and I've kept up with the game. What the hell.
So tl;dr this is a game that's getting stuffed in a dark corner of my memory and hopefully won't be remembered.

As a result of this game, I'd like to make the following changes to my modding procedures.
1) All actions must be sent via PM to create a "paper trail". Actions taken by IM will not be accepted.
2) Any questions or comments about the game will be uniformly answered with "Child, please". "Please" may be italicized if deemed necessary.
3) If any meets are coming up and any of my players are going to be at the meet, I'm going to grill them hard about whether they'll be able to keep the commitment.
Other than eventually getting the ehobanowoof sequel off the ground, I don't really have any Large Themes in mind atm. There are two games that will be modded by everyone's favorite puppy hydra that are in the dreaming-up stages, but as far as I'm aware there won't be a new game coming out soon.
I would like to thank everyone who stuck the game out to the end, and especially DDD and CES for stepping into some really awkward positions (and doing it so well that they immediately got NKd). It's through your support that I can continue to mod games with any success.
If anyone wants me to post more FE images that I grabbed for this game, do say so.
