I think Hiraki's treatment of Rose and Gun is consistent with other players in the thread and probably extremely difficult to parse for AI or to reach a correct conclusion on it anyway.

I don't want to bet the game on Hiraki based on my review and I need to reread until I make a decision and revise my assessment of the game. It's frustrating beause Hiraki's post feel very town. It's just their results are strange. It's difficult because Tanner and Gun were relatively inactive, pretty much the only one Gun interacted with heavily was me, this along with Maxwell anyway.

Tanner interacted, in my opinion, a lot with Hiraki, or at least more than other players. he asked relatively early on why I thought Johnny was town, while declining to ask about Hiraki.

@Dunnstrall, I was saying that we could eliminate all three if needed, with the assumption that the scum team had no shots left. It wasn't a good assumption though.

Looking over Tanner's posts again.

I'm a little confused on how much Tanner is giving away here.
I can't tell if he was just making a paranoid post while keeping relatively consistent with his reads without directly defending Dunnstrall.
Rather, neither he nor his partner are voting Dunnstrall but part of me thinks that 1: If Dunnstral is town. 2: If no scum are voting him. then 3: He might have been additionally setting up to push at the people on Dunnstral's wagon later.

There are a lot of other explanations though.

There really isn't a need for scum to plan who they'd rather push, town 2 or town 3.
Or rather, it's fairly rare for scum to have an order in mind.

In post 1299, Bell wrote:I think 101# is just Hiraki either trying to convince Tanner to vote me because he thinks I'm scum in game versus out of game. To me this post seems more or less in-congruent with them being scum partners, though, if they wanted to change a scum partners mind they would need to post in thread as a stimulus to get them moving, you could post in the PT but then they either need to come up with their own reasons or not do so. Tanner essentially does nothing with this.
If i wanted to get someone to vote someone else, i would've told the person in the PT to do it and to come up with independent reasons. Doing it in thread to create connections when there's a PT available is such a terrible idea. This is one of the main reasons that I've been ignoring the whole connections thing. I think it's a dead-end. Scum have a PT and they've been using it because no one really saw the connections here and even now we're having trouble piecing them together.
In post 1299, Bell wrote:(no way does anyone ignore Hiraki's argument with dunn about claiming here, so not a good hope here I think)
Dunn still hasn't given a reason why it's pro-town. He's refused to do so under the guise of that no one wants it anyway. Akarin noted that there might be something setup related that I'm missing and then when prompted on it hasn't given an answer.
In post 1301, Bell wrote:It's just their results are strange.
I agree here. Tanner is the only person I would've really gone after today (I know - hindsight is 20/20). But I don't think I would've caught Gun-slot scum. I was really confident in my TR on that slot.

Correct and it's meta but I also do not make plans as scum other than do X (like flip townies). It's hand-in-hand with what I'm saying above where at least I'm making a plan but it's not really a plan as much as it is an action to get something done.

I've spent the last like 4 days being stressed out that I hadn't got to Mafia yet, telling myself I'd get to it, staying up late procrastinating and still not rereading the damn game, then collapsing without having done it.

I'm drawing the line here. No sleep until I'm comfortable voting!

Okay, so are wall like consensus townreading DGB for these posts (right after Dunn initially pointed out the constant replacements on the slot? Does DGB pile onto a suggestion on a partner replacing in like that if it's scum? I'm pretty inclined to townread this, but want a sanity check.

Anyone have any decent meta on DGB, and has this been hashed out already and I'm just forgetting?
Spoiler: DGB quotes

If I were scum, I'd be autohammering Dunnstral, vig shots be damned. Can't speak for the other players in my slot, but JV has a history of flaking from games, I believe, I would advise against reading into that.

This doesn't matter anymore, and I haven't gotten to thinking about Dunn yet, but the idea was that splitting town into pools and not claiming what night Roses picked helps POE and some of the roses would have likely been later nights, and we had plenty left anyway.

I just don't think it was a crazy plan.

So like the only reason I'm not voting Titus right now is that I think I'm prone to being buddied by Dunn and Dunn knows this. Despite that, I feel like Dunn is a buddy and I want to vote Titus instead. Especially their comparative entrances to the start of Day 3.

Also the constant wagons on him all game, with Gun on him quite a bit. I think that's maybe more that Tanner's defense of him, especially given

Okay so it's a big mass of WiFoM but I really think Maxwell's approach to Dunn and then Titus' entrance to the game does really look more like Maxwell/Titus than Maxwell/Dunn to me.

And Dunn is playing this day with just more solviness and less self-preservation than Titus.
