If 980 isn't a strict counterclaim, are we actually allowed to lynch him today?

I'm asking seriously.

Like in theory MistyX clears him from being an SK so if we suspect SK we should lynch MistyX first

I thought Dannaflor was hard counterclaiming him at which point well he can fucking die, but this flaming shit isn't good enough.

It still involves scum A) having a roleblocker and B) roleblocking you. Which is an insanely weird set of circumstances, but it could have happened.

I don't think two killing roles are out of order if Dannaflor really can't do anything before N3. Like, I've done game balancing before, and Vigilantes aren't that great for the town ever since we got away from having 12 player games and swapped to 13. Add in they both have conditions, and it's really more like one vig role spread over two people. Which wouldn't be that bad.

No I mean it's possible they're both legit.

It's not impossible to have two killing roles in a mini if one is as incredibly junk as "vigilante that starts on N3" and one is "vigilante that turns off or goes anti town in certain circumstances".

In fact it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Pooky, I've discussed this at length with a lot of smart people for setups, and a N3 vigilante is unlikely to shoot more than once. In fact it's practically a chocolate townie. N4+ is ludicrous. Especially in a game with another Vigilante.

So the question is 'could we have a 1 shot vig that will probably never shoot and another vig with a drawback'. Uh... yes?

Seriously do the math, what has to happen for an N4 shot to go off?

Like we considered 1-shot vigilante and even-night vigilante functionally identical.

My role also makes a lot of sense with town vigilantes because it gets significantly worse with them around.

It got randomized D1 because the prior player in this slot never selected and then I chose Marky Mark for today because he was my biggest scum read coming into the slot

Sorry I really didn’t know the best way to handle this situation because I’m not a direct counter claim but I’m also bad at setup mechanics and I probably fucked this up

I don't know what to make of greys trajectory, I think danflors claim is more likely to come from town then scum. By virtue of it coming out of nowhere when i was already viable flip for today.

My mod makes me easier to kill at night. I don't think that counts as gated but I'm not a vanilla vig any case.

I have more thoughts but I'm at work.
