Okay, my last weekend was crazy. I think I'm a bit behind.

Read up some parts, skimmed through others, and I can get behind a Tragedy wagon. She was scummy early on D1, kind of fell under the radar to Mist, Hiraki, and Kage, and now has resurfaced trying to push us against the claimed doc.



I believe that's 8 votes on her now.

Has nacho's lurking been that bad, really, that it's the crux of the case against him? Meh, I don't see it. , a much much better wagon.

Comic Book Guy...Hmmm...Gut would say that that character would not be dirty in a mafia game. I agree with the question about the character's role: VT? Other attachment abilities? Etc.

That should be provided if the claim is official.

I see a couple of folks that I have town read on for various reasons I've gone over before (Jason/Wraith would be those folks) on there.

I'm gonna go ahead and put tragedy under the microscope for a little bit and do the "iso" thing...Answer to that question above would be nice, for sure. A claimwith 5 votes (and another player tied at 5) with 12 needed to lynch seems pretty early to me....Would that be considered "anti-town" in this case with a doc claimed and the cop gone? My gut says yes.

BTW, this still doesn't get the Deniro eyes off of Nacho and Hiraki...Them two I still would vote for without regret as of the current.

Fonz, can you try and get through to Cons that if he keeps waiting for nameclaims that "would be dirty in a mafia game", that he's not going to lynch anyone, least of all Scum?

Yes, I do think that dissecting a character can be beneficial. If somebody said they were Denethor/VT in a LOTR mafia, for example, the eyes would squint.

Why you attach that to my not partaking in a lynching is not computing.

Not at all...I try to be as direct as possible. Folks get shredded a lot for claiming early...but if the two (perception-wise) most powerful roles are out in cop and doc, does that not lessen the perspective?

I asked the question because I can't really see any particularly strong town reason to care whether OTHER people see it as antitown or not. 'Asking town's permission' is something I often find scummish.

I'm not asking permission. I'm asking what your (or anybody else's) take on it would be with those two roles outed on an early claim by any player, much less Tragedy. IE: If I went ahead and said "HEY I'M ___________," what would be your take? Would that change if I had 5 votes on me? I'm not matlock and I have no problem being called a village idiot because I ask questions. If you or others don't want to answer or don't see the importance, it's pretty simple...Don't respond.

And then I'll work with what I've got to work with to form my own opinions.

Why did you bold "Maggie" in one of your first posts?

I hate the bold thing....cuz I always see it as some sort of soft or fake claim deal....Just for emphasis I presume? I'll say this much, you doing that gives a player like me a reason to pause before voting you.

Also, you adding "fuuu" to your claim makes me wonder just what the hell you are doing as well. It is confusing as hell...IE: Are you playing the "Nah I was just jokin' guize!" deal?

Soup to nuts story on you (thus far): Confusing is not cool...especially intentional confusion creation....and my take is I wouldn't shed a tear at your lynching.

Tragedy went after sens and Jason...so I can see where they being outed now in their roles and her actions toward them will lead back to scrutiny of her (much less the "off the wagon" deal). (Post 787 is where I derive this idea from)

Bah, what's with everybody claiming their roles so early? If anything it has the opposite effect of what they want since it makes people automatically look more closely at you. I might change my vote to Tragedy soon, going to take another look at her.

You're not being called a village idiot. Being concerned about finding out what other people think of a situation before giving your own can be a sign of not wanting to be caught out by taking an unpopular opinion, that's all.

I'm conflicted. I don't like her play but I've long thought the things she was doing were more noobie-town than noobie-scum tells. Then again, she's playing like a VI and was off the wagon, and when you have a shot to remove a VI with the bonus of an above-average chance of hitting scum, it's usually not a terrible lynch. But I don't necessarily like the people who are pushing it so.... unhhh.

Goes without saying, she should definitely have the opportunity to claim properly, though.
