This was the part of the game I was dreading because I was like oh great nacho's gonna scum read spiffeh because nacho always scum reads spiffeh (am i right about that?) and he's gonna feel so right because his surging confidence eclipses my uncertainty to where it causes me distress and makes things no fun. SO, I'm letting him do his thing to get his read and work on my own so that I can either argue with him or listen to him.
Does that make sense? I'm sorry if that's annoying because you're one of my favorite players and I appreciate that you work with me when we're both town, but I've also had to change how invested I get in games because mafia became no fun there for a while. (I did really like your interaction with me earlier just before the mini game started if that helps.)
Can you talk about why you liked mikoto so much at the start of the game though?
I understand. Since returning, I have adopted a more laid back style compared to how I played before because I was making games unfun for myself and others. I'm more interested in your posts over Nacho's for the sake of my read on you, not your read on me. I find Nacho pretty hard to read, but I feel I can identify your town game more often than not. As long as you still engage with the game in a meaningful way, I don't really care if that involves me.
Idk I thought Farkran's entrance seemed p. genuine so I kinda wrote them off, I'm a little iffier on their more recent posts. Tbh there are so many question marks for me that I'm probably just going to reread this weekend, and Firebringer said he should be able to get up to speed w/ the game starting tomorrow so I should be able to run stuff by him and come out of it with a more concrete view on everyone.
bring unnecessary attention that they were camping the thread for the event to start
as scum
, and the sentiment just seemed really genuine to me?
Uh this was confusing this is why I shouldn't try to play mafia when I'm exhausted
EBWOP, see the bolded for edits.

Oh stepping out of the sidelines for a minute because this was one of nacho's concerns the other night, and I don't have any issue with the actual read because I've generally liked latixs :p but I understand Nacho's concern with the reasoning. What real unnecessary attention does anyone bring to themselves by admitting this though? It's not really scum indicative to camp out for the events because it's equally important for town and scum to play and win events. I guess I took Disaster's claim there as a joke rather than as an actual accusation for that reason. So how much negative attention is really brought to themselves for admitting something that most people in the game would be feeling regardless of alignment because mini games are life (until you get a penalty and then shit is real.)
But why is that alignment indicative really in this specific instance?

I think hectic using images for guesses was op because I couldn't ctrl f
but also I would have lost because I wasn't at all prepared to play clue
I had "probably" Drag with Axe as the second. I thought I had to guess location but it turned out Book was guaranteed, I realized that right when I guessed it.
At some point I just thought I had eliminated Axe but I hadn't RIP

You are very versatile, and CO Hectic is also a very well-rounded commander.
I think your similarity may fuel your rivalry.

I literally had charts of every card for every player and was crossing them off+recording the 1/3 for eliminations
And I still lost
This is crushing

I knew I couldn't final guess because I still had no idea what you had Hectic
I was going to try to pair down if you had both the axe and the palace in one go but wasn't sure on either
I think other people realized you had the palace but I missed how

Is this for the entire game or what? Will GiF be playing at all?

I literally handwrote every card in three categories for every player, and then was slowly marking them off+using another sheet to track the 1/3 hits
Anyway we should probably not clog the thread much more

Idk there was a certain candidness and openness to those two posts that really made me think they were town. I would argue that scum have more incentive to join events in general (which I'll probably get more shit for) because if they are diligent they could box out town and consistently deny town the money and therefore the power. Scum wouldn't want town to catch onto this, and therefore I would expect them to be a little more self-conscious about announcing their intention to join the event if they were scum.
Clearly most people disagree with me since everyone's scum reading me for it but I've found that when I get ~vibes~ like this they are right more often than not. And Latias/Latios have improved as the game's progressed so I'm just gonna say I was right again!
Imma defend my partner here and say that his big complex posts are his playstyle.
Also I know he's town

I have no idea what Ircher thinks about this slot but they are scum. I've had this secret SR for a bit and Spiff's reaction to the event just confirms it for me.
spiff what do you think of cakez pushing you?

given that multiple people have stated that they will not in fact be playing the game I don't think there's an issue with talking about the event after it happens
