Alright now that we have all recognized that TSo is able to see when a post expresses slight exaggeration, May we now move on with our lives?

As is that a wagon realizes a lot of resistance.
Funny thing here, no one brought this up after there was some discussion of Elyse being scum and yet I was the only to vote her. Or that the spiff wagon experiences quite a bit out outright resentment towards it where as the kling wagon simply has people who aren't quite sure they want to vote for her.
Hmmm. I wonder why you have not realized these things.

It's probably because I'm specifically townreading Elyse, and I'm not with Alchemist.

I just went back and ISO'd Klingoncelt to see if I felt comfortable with maintaining my vote there. I do.

Jeanne is incompetent. Don't hold your breath. I also don't understand how I haven't been "getting dirty" - I've pushed Kling and was the first to call out randomidget. I've called Jaqen's case bullshit and dismantled your case before it got so full of misreps that no one was taking it seriously and I didn't bother trying. You literally make things up to fit your narrative.
You started mafia knowing exactly how to play? I've read some of her previous play. I know at least a little bit who I'm talking to. Give her room and space to grow and work with her. Or you can ask her if maybe you can make a deal in which you don't play together until you see growth. Either of these options are helpful and respectful of the fact that Jeanne, is, in fact, a human being just like the rest of us and deserves the same kind of respect. Attacking people personally simply hurts that person more and makes it harder for them to overcome their adversity. Please speak no more harm of her in this game. It's rather rude and hurtful and I don't expect you would enjoy hearing the same from another.
Getting defensive is not getting your hands dirty, it's trying to stay alive. It's also relatively scummy, and increasingly so when the only cases you deal with are those of others.
Anyone can point out something wrong or a possible other side of a case against a town player, since town can never know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the player they make a case against is scum. This takes no such talent, and tearing cases down, I've found, is also a tactic more commonly used by scum. A good town player criticizes constructively and builds on a case or explains why they disagree. Because every case will simply be a point of view, an addition to the picture. Tearing people down and intimidating them out of sharing their cases is scummy because it keeps town reinstating the whole picture.
So because of this, your entire post is a scum claim, in my eyes.
While Elyse is absolutely out of line, this is not a scumclaim. It's ok to say a player is sucking of difficult to read, it is not ok to attack the person.
Jeanne's weakness is in her articulation, which I am trying to get her to come out and do.
Scum attack to discredit arguments. Here, Elyse cannot discredit what does not exist so it is a null tell.

A point isn't invalid if it wasn't used in all cases of it being true. TSO has yet to catch up with the game (I don't blame him given how fast we post), and so yeah he might miss examples of this play. Furthermore Spifflop wagon is entirely different, you can't compare a universal scumread to a controversial scum read, the comparison doesn't make any sense and is just another way for you to shoehorn in your wagon.

I played against - and caught, harassed, and secured a lynch - on Elyse-scum in YCBA III. Either she has dramatically stepped up her scumgame, or she's town. There are a few telltale signs - her wondering where I am, for instance, is one of them. Elyse-town is a lot more likely to have that presence of mind.

And yes, Elyse-town is a cornerstone of my reads, and is one of the reads I'm basing my entire gameview yet. I've read the first 33 pages of this game, and I haven't seen a single convincing argument concerning Elyse-scum.

I was actually requesting your case for Elyse being town.

I apologize for the miscommunication, my attempt was not to say that the post I quoted was scummy in and of itself, I was claiming it was an admission of posts and play that reflected scum motivation.

Such a travesty will never occur again as long as I draw breath. Talk to me, Garmr. Where are you at this game?

Rephrase? I presume this is Titus. Do you mean with a critical eye, or something similar?

I wasn't. I explained a little bit further down why I'm townreading Elyse, but it's quite brief. It's a read I -get- and I find it hard to explain those type of reads.

@tso, Jeanne isn't really posting. So yeah it's me.
I mean evaluate EE using the same standards you would read me, but for meta. What is your result?

It's a tough one. I'm fairly sure their view of the gamestate is wrong, but that doesn't necessarily indict them as scum. In YCBA III, SkyPaladin did his best to derail everything I did for 2-3 days and he was town.
I would have to say, scum. I really hated their early game play. I haven't disliked them that much after that, but I don't feel they've really redeemed themselves either. My general uneasiness about them has not been allayed.

Tell Jeanne she should post, it'll help me figure out your slot faster and then I don't have to be guarded with my thoughts.

I am struggling to sort townbeard or scum as well. His mindset (the point of the patient hypothetical) seems to be to trust Klingon and not investigate to the alternative.
EE was town reading me briefly, which evaporated right at the start of the itepip and Spifflop counters.
It feels like scum have day hat and decided against agency capturing me but to call me scum and try to mislynch.

Been telling her for ages. She has Elyse as scum, and Zi have wanted her to tell me why forever.

Is it a confidence issue? There are certain players I won't mention playing this current game who she couldn't possibly be worse than.

I don't believe they could be scum together. I believe you posted a counter theory? I will take a look at that.

I want to lynch him because he contributes very little to the game thread and what he does contribute is tunneling me. But yeah, I guess that isn't a policy, it's more of: do something with your time here or go away.
