I know these interactions and the fact that Elmo eventually voted STRQ and then switched to Wooper has come under a lot of scrutiny. But I really don't see how scum decides that *this* is the right way to distance from someone. It's the worst of both worlds - she winds up pressuring STRQ (even if her vote ultimately landed elsewhere), and the associations are obviously going to look terrible if/ when STRQ or Elmo flips.
