oh idk put some text in a picture and give us some palatable thoughts
nacho doesn't have a read on Despair Night right now
oh I definitely agree that scum have an incentive to try to box out town and was why I was trying to figure out if there was a way to apply marketplace strategy here; I just think that town has just as much incentive to join games. In post 1371, Spiffybringer wrote:Idk there was a certain candidness and openness to those two posts that really made me think they were town. I would argue that scum have more incentive to join events in general (which I'll probably get more shit for) because if they are diligent they could box out town and consistently deny town the money and therefore the power. Scum wouldn't want town to catch onto this, and therefore I would expect them to be a little more self-conscious about announcing their intention to join the event if they were scum.In post 1351, Imperium wrote:Oh stepping out of the sidelines for a minute because this was one of nacho's concerns the other night, and I don't have any issue with the actual read because I've generally liked latixs :p but I understand Nacho's concern with the reasoning. What real unnecessary attention does anyone bring to themselves by admitting this though? It's not really scum indicative to camp out for the events because it's equally important for town and scum to play and win events. I guess I took Disaster's claim there as a joke rather than as an actual accusation for that reason. So how much negative attention is really brought to themselves for admitting something that most people in the game would be feeling regardless of alignment because mini games are life (until you get a penalty and then shit is real.)
But why is that alignment indicative really in this specific instance?
Clearly most people disagree with me since everyone's scum reading me for it but I've found that when I get ~vibes~ like this they are right more often than not. And Latias/Latios have improved as the game's progressed so I'm just gonna say I was right again!

Totally confused.
nvm MariaR actually posted.
btw NL has (expired on 2020-04-10 22:00:00) to respond to this before I conclude they're never playing the game on my ownIn post 1368, Latias and Latios wrote:
Is this for the entire game or what? Will GiF be playing at all?

so until tomorrow. good job on the slank cover!
I have. The strategy isn't really rocket science: keep people accountable for spending and use it investigatively. In post 1298, Imperium wrote:You mentioned marketplace earlier, does that mean you've played one? I was trying to figure out if here was anyway to transplant some of the marketplace strategies to this game, but I've come up empty.

This changes nothing
Elaborating on this, I don't see a clear strategy for items unless we want to direct purchases+their use collectively. This has some promise later on.In post 1388, Black Hole Defection wrote:I have. Neighborhoods are hot trash? Is this a challenge? In post 1392, Black Hole Defection wrote:Neighborhood CO Power
1) i don't think that Hectic getting a PR has anything to do with the strength of his powers - i think mods tailored roles to players a lil bitIn post 653, Black Hole Defection wrote:I don't think we should blow this CO up day one. COs with weak stats have strong CO Powers, often. We don't know what side it's for, yeah, but CO Powers help more for Orange Star.
