You misunderstood. You can't prove a cop as fake unless they slip up and say someone guilty is innocent and vice versa (unless there's a town rolecop or something). But you can prove a roleblocker to be fake by asking them to RB someone with an action. So roleblocker is a riskier claim than an investigative role.

in late game maybe, when only 1 scum is hidden somewhere, but it is a question of little chances that there will be the role to prove it and nobody will do that while there are a lot of scums in game (to create problems for 2 towny roles...)
