I agree with amrun, tierce and tsunami, you and macmollie not so much.

Well, now that both games are over, I can say that amrun has a VERY good reason to be townreading me, she just got trounced by cabd-scum and saw my style up close.
The same applies to macmollie for the reasons I gave above plus xenoblade meta. You can just read day one there to get a supercool idea of towncabd and townmollie. It's a (relatively) short read, only around 130 pages or so. (I'm kidding just ISO us lol)

I'm not a fan of people who defend themselves as town by saying 'look at my meta'.
They are the people who know to mix up their play. The predictable ones don't even consider their play style is unchanging.
To say 'others know I'm town because they have seen how I play as scum' is either you admitting you are so obvious you will never win another game as scum, or you know that's just an excuse to get cleared as town here. Not buying it.

Reck, Dekes' slot, and probably Cabd, because he still hasn't convinced me 100%.
Reck's being a dead weight, Dekes was scummy as all hell and has dropped out.

Does reck generally hate being scum or not?

Nexus, you said that Metal's fake dayvig was townbad because it got reactions and generated discussion. I'd like to see what you think were the most fruitful reactions that it got and analyze them. Because from my POV all it did was get him lynched.
And my main issue is that you spent the entire game pointing out "bad" things and calling people scum for them, but then metal does something bad and he's magically town without any further explanation. If you thought his fake dayvig was good for generating discussion and analyzing reactions...why didn't you do any of that yesterday? Why did you call metal town and sit on the sidelines while he got strung up?

Spoiler: WALL OF QUOTES--NEXUS' END OF DAY
In post 501, Nexus wrote:When was the last time a Dayvig was actually a real thing and it was public? I'm struggling to remember.
Need to look at the reactions, but anyone saying MS has to be scum is probably stupid. Bad, yes, scum, i'd say not.
In post 507, Nexus wrote:No. I'm not going to either, because I don't do reads list.
In post 510, Nexus wrote:Well, I don't see why I should change my style of play just to suit you so.
I can, if you are really desperate, give you a list of 3 town imo and then a vague idea of scum, but I haven't got enough scum reads solidified yet.
In post 511, Nexus wrote:That is also my usual solution to people whining about wanting reads - i'll do a minor compromise.
In post 536, Venmar wrote:I feel like Nexus far too easily flips his reads upon light of a claim.
Isn't this what most people do?
Surely you should be saying this about everyone who unvoted when KA claimed? They're changing their reads in light of a claim. Particularly those who jumped on a different wagon straightaway.
The rest of your post is just you saying things that I can't particularly argue against, and using my scum game as Breaking Bad is cute but this is the way I've spent the last year or so playing, scum or town so.
The fact that you're absolutely adamant that I'm scum, and wasted your time making that post, but don't seem to be looking at other candidates is worrying.
Desperado's jump is horrific.
I would like to discuss the merits of scum/town replacing out at some point, but either way it's a dick move by KA, and it only serves to cause more confusion.
In post 669, Cabd wrote:Reckoner totally ignored my questions and wanted to put me out there as the dayvigger so whatever, he's prob scums.
who the fuck are you?
I hope that's a "who the fuck are you" in regards to the site, rather than in regards to this game, because if you didn't know who he was re: the game, that would mean you weren't reading the game, and that would be very naughty indeed.
In post 726, Nexus wrote:Fucking hell Reck. Keep up. Make it at least look like you give a shit.
I was thinking about it over the weekend, and CDB's insistence on calling me town is beginning to ping my scumdar.
I will give more thoughts when I'm less swamped.
So from the time you said metal's play was bad but town to telling us that CDB is pinging your scumdar, Metal went from 4 votes, to 3, and then back up to 5 without a legitimate wagon to counteract. Two RL days after your #905 Metal is lynched.
Here's what I see: I see a player getting (based on their prior scumhunting) a completely unfounded townread, and then worrying more about their own image--despite the fact that they were never in danger of getting lynched yesterday--over defending that townread as their lynch became imminent and that's behavior I would expect from scum, not town.

Read the above & considered it seriously. Still think Nexus is town.

A day early and have not fully read, we'll 57 pages, sheesh. Anyway first things first, I see my predecessor was not very active and when he/she was active then some smelt scum. All I can say is give me a chance in this slot to let you, those who not played in a game with me, time to get a feel for me. I say this who have not played in a game with me as the only person who I recognise is Generic from a recent game, which is still ongoing.
I have been focusing my read on the Despo/Mollie discussion mostly and while very long in its life span my initial reaction is, in many respects, Despo is right in his take of the way Mollie initially comes across. I read that fresh and I though, "oh ok seems that the inference is a meta read by Mollie" then the "discussion" rages for quite some time and to a point where Amrun and Mac (hydra partner of Mollie?) start to join in, why though?
Mollie had made her statements and they had been challenged by Despo, quite convincingly IMO, then Mollie eventually came around to explaining it was not a meta read... Well you all know the story. Anyway there were some things in all that which stood out, and I have already alluded to them, Amrun's interference and the way Mac felt he had to defend his hydra partner, when it seemed to be that the defence had been made by Mollie. These two I have noted.
Now tomorrow I plan to read the lead up to the D1 lynch and try to find where Dekes made this an up hill task for me. I am also, obviously, keeping abreast of the game now and to let you all know my active days are Sunday through to Thursday, as I live in Dubai which is a Muslim country and thus the weekend is Friday/Saturday.
Please do ask me questions , but do note I am still trying to catch up.

oh my god

kill it
KILL IT
KILL IT
KILL IT
I am now scumreading this slot much more strongly than I ever did with Dekes.
Simple terms: if a replacee acknowledges their slot's previous scumminess, they are probably scum. Smudger did it twice in his opening post.

Really? has this anything to do with me questioning your interference of the discussion between Despo and Mollie? Whether it is or not, your reaction to my post is complete crap. You are seriously suggesting that I cannot comment that I am aware of the fact that the slot is under suspicion and not state that I will look to see why? If that is what your saying then you and your pet sheep are seriously deluded. You are saying that I should blinded join the game and just plod along and not be prepared for people to attack me because of what has gone before.
