By fake I mean that you don't believe it. There are actual reasons for why enomis is genuine and town but you've still not mentioned them. Your reasons are null things that could have easily be done by scum too.

To say it differently; as town you'd be looking much more deeply than that. Right now you're scum giving an easy reason for why you're townreading him so as to buddy him.

@wisdom: I think I see what the confusion is, then. I never said "always" or "never." When I said anything at all, I said "usually." In absence of usually, I assumed that would be understood because its common sense. I don't see the point of using wishy washy language when we all know there are no absolutes.

I guess I see that. I still wouldn't buddy enomis here as scum, because it seems like a really dumb thing to do. Enomis is likely to turn on me no matter what, and enomis was my best chance to not be lynched today. Actively attempting to derail the wagon in the next best candidate is really not conducive to staying alive.

Do you know what scum who realized they forgot AP in their reads would do?
They would go up in the list and add AP somewhere inbetween.
They would never go "oh I forgot AP, let's add the read now".

Anyway, being read as town is just as important as scumhunting, definitely in a nightless. Having confirmed town prevents mislynches and leads to correct one through PoE.

I agree with AP here. I don't see how enomis' wall is genuine or anything. He didn't even call anyone scum! Yes, I know you're going to say "If he was scum he would go for the easy mislynch on someone in the pool." But there are two sides to every story. He can also lynch almost anyone in the pool by not having scumreads on anyone.

And Wisdom, what you're saying is false. I was just in a completed game where scum forgot to add someone to a reads list and put it at the end.
