usually someone thinks of a title they think will fit so and so and then they post it and explain why they think it fits so and so... Then a bunch of us discuss, offer alternative titles, and so on, then finally one gets settled on, the so and so person says yay or nay... If yay then the Title Fairy dubs the so and so person with newly minted title.
