Well I was hoping to see a scumflip, but I will wait more I guess.
I would accept Nacho as an alternate wagon on scum or Shadoweh as a wagon on probable town that at least makes sense if you think she's scummier than CES.

Or we could lynch OG "barely even pretending to scumhunt" ML? That one has the advantage of definitely getting you a scum flip.

Explain this?

Day two was hardly a deadline panic either. If there was a deadline panic, we would have lynched shadoweh who was at l-1 at deadline and had claimed vanilla. She should have been the lynch yesterday. That lynch was a comedy of errors beginning when ut went weeeeee let's see if we can do something else in 24 hours for whimsy and ended in the clusterfuck that ended with his lynch. There was no deadline panic there either. Okay bn could have held off on the hammer, but ut also obviously wasn't actually interested in discussion or he would have, you know, just answered some of the questions I had earlier.
To be fair, though I agree Day 1 wasn't as bad, Day 2 was two deadline pannics for the price of one. A second deadline wagon forming after the first one doesn't make it any less of a clusterfuck panic lynch.
I don't appreciate the comments about how I must be scum if CES isn't. Mafia is not a If=then system. Especially not from the guy who would be the alternate explanation for the scum motive besides me.
OGML What the fuck seriously. Do you care at all who gets lynched?
I am half-asleep typing this, I think the lack of sleep is starting to catch up to me, but I am seriously having second thoughts about this based on Mr.Setup and Mr. Bemnage-Looked-Too-Motivated-So-Let's-:effort:-harder.

Obviously one or more assumptions I have been proceeding under could be wrong.
Sometimes you lose.
Shall we proceed?

I welcome (and have asked for) discussion of the assumptions I've been working from btw.

benmage is a great scum player and instead of doing anything, is lurking the days away
OGML is frustrated as a result
I wasn't asking you.
CES?
I'm prodding your chat along because I got bored of mine and have no idea where you're going with this.

Then stop interfering? How can you expect there to be anything from this if you are answering in CES's place? Hush now and go make your own chat less quote-stripey boring.

That sounds more complicated than is likely here; I'd go with the more straightforward option that OGML thinks partnerbenmage is playing poorly and being obvious (although there could be an element of benmage being more active in the QT to it). Disgust was maybe a bad choice of word because that specifically makes more sense with OGML attacking benmagetown; really the focus of that sentence was "genuine".

If CES flips town, we'll see who gets killed, then lynch scum tomorrow.
It seems pretty hard for Shadoweh to be town if CES is, so that will certainly be the starting point.

Or we could actually scumhunt and lynch OGML?

Why no comment on Empire's meta analysis of OGML?

I responded to the relevant bit (i.e. that genuineness simplifies interpretation but is not a town tell in isolation)? I know enough of OGML's meta to know he's not this bad as town.

You know, OGML does kind of look like an obvious scumbag. In my current sleep deprived frame of mind anyway.
It looks like he is doing this being an obvious scumbag while on team CES-Nacho though. See N's Nachovote and OGML's CES is Benmage's buddy stuff.
I forgot to mention that if CES flips town I will listen to things he said and stuff.
CES, what is your opinion on the you-shadoweh dichotomy?

↑Cogito Ergo Sum wrote:Do you disagree with my reasoning that your attack on benmage makes more sense as scum-on-scum than as scum-on-town? Because if so, what is your issue here? Am I not to supposed to answer questions and share my thoughts?
Obviously I disagree. Now you're asking questions for the sake of making noise. Even if I humor you long enough to think that you reallllly think I'm scum, thinking that I'm scum with ben is just so ass backwards it hurts. You're saying that I came into this game, looked at the state of things and decided now was the perfect time to start bussing a partner that 90% of the town wants to give a FREE FUCKING PASS instead of doing
nothing
about ben and letting him keep his FREE FUCKING PASS.
↑Shadoweh wrote:OGML What the fuck seriously. Do you care at all who gets lynched?
No, clearly I care nothing at all about who gets lynched, that's why I've been trying to lynch Ben since I got here, and that's why I've been so clear about CES being my other main scumread. So obviously you're right, I don't give two shits about who gets lynched, I just vote for whoever and declare intent to hammer on whoever.
In other news, marble is making me increasingly uncomfortable, and nacho answering questions for CES is so incredibly scummy it should be taken out back and shot.

I lurked end of D1/and All of D2. I'm in the process of turning that around.
This is a prod-response-don't-replace-me post?? Really?
Wow.

I find this to be a fairly useful answer, so I'm going to have to disagree on the noise front (noise: would you really expect even mildly competent scum to go for that?). But, yeah, that seemed like a fairly plausible series of events until you gave this answe; I've seen multiple people do that, I'd definitely do it without any hesitation. Attacking a scum partner now when you expect the partner to draw suspicion later is not at all a bad approach.

I'll get back to this is just a little bit, but something just struck me as rather odd.
Nacho worked like hell to save N day one. By his most recent reply to me, I would guess he has a town read on CES. He's caught up in a silly argument with Llamarble in which he's not actually trying to prove that Llamarble is scum though that is where his vote is.
So, if he thinks that ces is town and Llamarble is scum, why is he limping about not actually trying to get his scum read lynched?

I'll get back into this tomorrow (7:30 PM class got cancelled woooo). I've been thinking of stuff to post but I really don't have anything to say right now for some reason.
Anyone have things to ask me?

Actually, to those on the CES wagon, why him over Nacho?
