I like this idea
Delayer might be more powerful than Roleblocker in this situation because there’s always going to be some baseline of certainty and we can speculate from there. I can’t really put together my exact logic atm but there’s a thought process here

If you really want to have a gotcha moment you can random between {Player 1, Player 2, Skip delay}.

And before you ask, there IS a difference between declaring that you won't target anyone and declaring that MAYBE you won't target anyone.

either is fine, you're not really under suspicion so you dno't need to declare a PoE (since that's usually reserved to keep roles honest).

You can just target at random, or whoeever yuo like.

Even in an instance where actions were planned out to the exact letter I have managed to act in a way that “wasn’t up to code” and got elimmed for it
So imo any failures in clarity should be expurgated
