My plan was to neiborize everyone and claim we are now immortal.
But now i turned in pewpewpewpew.

My suggestions having had been scum and town as a game without an actual night, treat it like a 1 shot cop for balance reasons. For players used to hoods such as me, it’s not as bad, but if players aren’t used to eternal hood games it has major town swing. In post 1451, Ircher wrote:Just a few comments on balance:
1) I think the impact of being able to speak after death was underestimated quite a bit. I think that's the biggest flaw in the setup's balance. Mafia did receive this benefit too however.
2) The traffic analyst role honestly did a lot better than I expected. We basically agreed in review that it was a fairly weak role given the neighborhood chaos.
3) While we expected some kind of neighborhood massclaim early on, we didn't expect such open communication of information between the neighborhoods.
4) The scum slip cleared a bunch of people and certainly didn't help the setup's balance.
5) I will be hosting a Web of Lies 2 in the near future due to the scum slip. It won't be the same setup. If you have suggestions, please fill out my survey.
Agreed. I think this probably was way too townsidedIn post 1453, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:A scum slip aside, this game was very townsided. I tried to play to win up until Strange Matter didn't die and then Dunn was a Friendly Neighbour... and then....
Look the scumslip made the result much more heavily obvious but... I don't think scum wins this game.
It’s not fair to both LLD & you.In post 1445, MathBlade wrote:Deploying hugs.
I am sorry LLD.
I did what I could to give you a fair shake but yeah this needs words after work.
I am sorry for what House did and how he tried to use me as a token.
That’s 100% not fair to you at all.
I can’t sneak a good lengthy response in.
It’s not but I have to work nowIn post 1457, Malakittens wrote:It’s not fair to both LLD & you.In post 1445, MathBlade wrote:Deploying hugs.

Like the fuck.
I love you both, but House that was totally uncalled for. Especially to use Math in that to try to make an insult feel ‘better’ and even worse is Math is someone you consider your friend.
Did we have a doctor? In post 1458, MathBlade wrote:The main reason is mostly fatigue
Scum have an uphill battle in that the dead can talk after they die.
Leaving in the possibility of no death at night just extends that fatigue.
Instead of a doctor I would use something like a Vanillizer that acts before the check. I would have to chew through the ramifications.
The love is felt. You did your dilligence. <3In post 1461, MathBlade wrote:It’s not but I have to work nowIn post 1457, Malakittens wrote:It’s not fair to both LLD & you.In post 1445, MathBlade wrote:Deploying hugs.

But I wanted to make sure LLD knew I cared and tried before I have to disappear
I don't think there is a need to talk it through again. House was banned for it, so if you want to know you can look it up that way.
Yeah. I took the slot without realizing the ban thread or reading because I thought it would be a fun hood game. That’s entirely my bad. I just like hood games. In post 1463, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:Yeah the moment House used Math, someone I have a close bond with, as a way to try and explain away his actions, it made it hurt more cause I knew math would be hurt?
And then he replaced into the game and had to live in this world too?
I hated it.

I likely wouldn't have known how to use my role at all until it was explained how by Lukewarm, and information was given from others. Plus knowing the PTs from what people have said helped a lot more to figure out who to target from that.In post 1459, Lukewarm wrote:Things about balance, the scum slip definitely did not help.
Also, I think we got more benefit from StrangeMatter's ability then would have happened in 90% of this game being ran. She happened to be in the largest street hood, giving her the biggest chance of having any targets, AND the career hoods lined up for her, AND both of her valid targets happened to be neighborizors that we could coordinate making sure they worked.
I think simply having 4 career choices that were equally appealing would have caused her to have ~0-1 targets she could invest
