#1st - Friend is a strong word for me. Not going offensive, it's a mafia game, lol.
#2nd - When did I say that when you ask questions you don't get responses? You're the one trying to manipulate the town.
#3rd - My win condition is to elimite YOU, scum, and another scum that idk who it is.

(Only responding to that worthy of a response.)
2. Instead of fighting opinions, let's look at facts. I'll break it down for you, since you didn't seem to get it when I posted it all at once. We'll break it down one question at a time, one statement made at a time. Here we go. Question: Does asking questions (normally) get responses?

VOTE: Fakinha

Fakinha, what would be a GOOD reason to vote someone when we're 5 days from deadline and there's 6 pages of content? Realize that this game has been absurdly slow. Voting a lurker for calling out others on lurking...eh, I don't like it, but NO I don't find it scummy.
Why is it negative to not focus on a particular person when asking questions? How do you know that his questions are "useless"...because they're asked to multiple persons? Why do you have a town read on Thomas? Does it matter if you are the one to create activity?

L-2.

So you're the second scum as I though, Isa. Work done for me, rest is up to the town.

I feel this is appropriate for the situation.

So neil, is your vote on Fakinha OMGUS?

Fakinha wrote:So you're the second scum as I though, Isa. Work done for me, rest is up to the town.
This looks like OMGUS. I don't think calling neil scum is really OMGUS though because you accused him first.

neil1113 wrote:This was not the case. Did you read the case? I laid it out pretty clearly, two different times
ON THIS PAGE
and yet you still completely misrepped and deceitfully twisted my words. This, combined with everything else I've mentioned, is enough for me to warrant that you're not coming from a town's point of view in your posts and you're looking to play to your win condition, which in this case from what I see from your posts, is to eliminate townies.
Actually I take Fakinha's side here because if you look at post #127, you can see that you listed all players and how active they were based on posts and for my name you put "???" when I had more posts than others that you called "Semi-Active." You are twisting things around.

I have a null read on Fakinha right now and null-slight scum read on neil. I can't get good reads on many others though because this game is slow. I would like to hear more from bv and Collyer.

Isa was gut feeling, but seeing how he always side with neil, it's now settled.

His horrible case and attempt at making me look suspicious was kinda suspect at first, to be quite honest. However when he started twisting things and not presenting the TRUTH of the matter, but instead rewording it to show HIS truth, showed me a very horrible mindset.

Actually, now you're just mad because I accused you of active lurking. For the record, it was made based on a "Recent Posters" list, not a number of posts someone put. And no, you don't agree with Fakinha. You disagree with my listing of active - semi-active - not active posters. That's not his case at all.

Fakinha, you've posted twice and still haven't address my question to you. Does asking questions normally provoke responses from people? Or no? Fairly simple question to answer..

Addressing the cases (or attempted cases) against me:

Fakinha, my dear scum friend. Stop trying to buddy up with Thomas.

I know you go on to talk about chainsawing, but do you not think that Isa has been buddying up to you, and therefore worthy of the same criticism? If you read just his posts it certainly looks a little strange. You talk about trying to start conversations (in post 127) but it's a little hypocritical because you've ignored questions and attempts to engage conversation when I tried, however I'm not criticising you for trying. About pink, I haven't known for players to just be a jerk because of their alignment, it's usually because they're jerks, so am not really convinced about that you think him more likely to be scum, although that's just my experience. Thanks for the birthday message though :D

Fakinha, it would be good if you explained a little more what you write. Not explaining why it's invalid that scum try to prevent conversation isn't very town like.

Thomas wrote:I have a null read on Fakinha right now and null-slight scum read on neil. I can't get good reads on many others though because this game is slow. I would like to hear more from bv and Collyer.

Not even Isa? Who by the way has voted the same as Neil, what a surprise.

This is what I'm talking about. Neil, you haven't exactly been great at answering simple questions either: In post 64 I asked you some questions yet you have never answered them, and even disregarded them as not being a debate in your next meaningful post. They might have been semantic (and you might have thought them unimportant, yet you could have told me that, and at least acknowledged them) but it's still hypocritical to reprimand others for something you are guilty of. Isa came to your defence too.

Col, I had completely overlooked Post 64. I apologize for ignoring it, I was not intending too. Unfortunately I can't read it and make a response right now, but I surely will in my next available moment. I didn't realize I had ignored you, I thought you just dropped it so I dropped it too. And no, I have a problem that when people agree with me, I don't normally set them in my sights of objectively viewing them. I know, it's not a good thing but it's just how I've been playing this game. It never really lasts too long so I never thought to change it. But you're absolutely right, Isa has been buddying up with me pretty hard. It could be a possible scum tell, or it could be scum trying to buddy with someone they know is town, or it could just be young townie buddying up with someone they've deemed respect worthy?

I'm sure we've all done it but I've had games where I found someone I just genuinely trusted for whatever reason, and while I didn't ever buddy up as hard as Isa has been, I must admit their reads effected mine quite often. Don't get me wrong, I'm not excusing Isa buddying up to me by any means, however I will state that at most, it's a null tell unless you have previous knowledge that their postings have been scum-motivated or at best, anti-town. The reason I called Fakinha out for buddying is because his posts have already came off with a scum-mindset in my opinion (hence my vote) and so him buddying up with Thomas was almost like icing to the cake. I can see buddying used to FURTHER someone's suspicion but I couldn't see it used as the basis for it.

Do I need to answer this? Normaly, yes, but depends on the question, right? Some can be very usefull and others very useless.

Fakinha, it would be good if you explained a little more what you write. Not explaining why it's invalid that scum try to prevent conversation isn't very town like.

What? I said I was trying to start discussions, so
neil's argument that I was trying to stop the town conversation
is invalid. That's what I said by quoting my post as a response.

Isa has been buddying up with me pretty hard. It could be a possible scum tell, or it could be scum trying to buddy with someone they know is town, or it could just be young townie buddying up with someone they've deemed respect worthy?

Wow, pretty much all options, huh?
See? His posts are all like this.

Basing that off of the most recent posters isn't fair. If all but one players post all in one hour then another player posted 7 hours before then that player would be "???" too right? Also I see that I posted quite recently before post #127 so does that mean I should be "Semi-Active" or "Active"? This doesn't make sense.

Collyer wrote:Not even Isa? Who by the way has voted the same as Neil, what a surprise.
Null read on Isa right now. I should probably go back though and iso him because I could have missed something.

I'm not "buddying" neil - especially not today, but I was indeed very supportive of him yesterday. My case on Fakinha is completely separated from my read on Neil - she says that it's scummy to avoid starting conversations, yet thinks that when Neil tries to get EVERYONE to answer some questions, it's scummy to ask these questions. And somehow, SHE'S pro-town for wanting to start discussions and Neil pointing out that what she did was actually downplaying the importance of discussion makes him scummy? I don't buy that and neither should anyone else, regardless of read on Neil.

Also...
V/LA Friday through Sunday.

Hello everyone, sorry to barge in. I don't know where your mod is - he appears to has flaked from other game commitments.

I'd like you all to send me your role (and what actions you've taken on N1) so I can take over. If Sigma gets back in time before that all happens, he can continue to run his game, but he hasn't posted onsite in almost a week now. So, please send me your role PM's so I have knowledge of the setup. Thanks!

Honestly, at this point, I am willing to abandon the game. Not replace out, just flat out abandon. There's no point in continuing the game if we need to replace more than half of the currently living players.

Also, back from V/LA.

We don't need to replace half of everybody, but it's going to be a massive uphill struggle since nobody has any vested interest in the game any more.

I agree. About ignoring my posts, you seem a little too apologetic, especially when you consider your tone in some of your other posts. Perhaps I'm nitpicking again.

What's the difference?

That's okay for you to say, you're last meaningful post was post 87. I'm not counting post 125 because you jumped on the bandwagon, using the excuse that pinkfloyd was refusing to say anything, yet you didn't say anything and haven't since post 87.

I'll be issuing a mass prod, and hopefully you guys want to continue this game. If not, I understand, and I'll respect that.
