Math-sensei am I in a BAD tunnel right now? Σ( ̄□ ̄;)

You have MORE a50 experience than me it seems so YA

A50 was playing solidly in his scum meta until basically his last wallpost

i'm waffling on A50

i don't like iconeum but i'm very reluctant to go icon today because
- guaranteed PR vs unlikely PR
- A50 putting icon first before janitor is weird to me, and i feel like scum-him sheeps me essentially where he did

need more data basically

Icon is SELF-RESOLVING in my opinion (•́⌄•́๑)૭✧

But YEAH so the way A50 dances around my questions just feels OFF to me and I dont think that's how someone who TOWNREADS me would interact with me if I scumread them ∑(;°Д°)

Janitor's posts are OBJECITVELY bad but I ALSO would like more data since he just seems NEW and I don't know if it's NEW BAD or NEW SCUM BAD yet ¯\_(⌣̯̀⌣́)_/¯

I don't like to lynch LYNCHBAIT on d1 so YA

the way he dances around your questions is NAI

janitor is obviously an alt lol

What's objectively bad about my posts ?

I don't think a mafia player should follow a set plan or scum/townhunt in a certain way... Maybe I play differently than you but if something bothers me, why wouldn't I question it?

I'm an alt yes

An alt of a new player ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ﻭ✧

And is it REALLY? I usually find that there's a DISCONNECT with how scumread the thread and the way A50 seems to TALK TO ME but not really TALK WITH ME is indicative of this to me (`_´)ゞ

pedit: You seem to be AFRAID of taking STANCES for fear of interacting with WIFOM when, yes, you should be COGNIZANT of possinbilities BUT it is more important to sort out what is MORE probable

PLUS your interest in MATHDINO'S SCUMHUNTING seems more ACADEMIC than actually about interacting with his motive ( ᐛ )و as is your DECLRATION of me not being SCUMMY just because I'm not "FLUFFING"

it just seems very NEWBIE and SURFACE LEVEL to me

Even if I look at what's more probably I couldn't judge anyone from the draft honestly. I was calling you not scummy because you were participating and generating discussion which I mostly see as protown.

hi!

the vote on beefster is because he's openly giving up his role for basically no reason while accusing math of rolefishing. doesn't seem like a real thought to me. "Hey, this person voted me based on draft analysis. They must be scum rolefishing me! Also, I'll claim, because that makes a lot of sense as a thing to do in this scenario."

On an unrelated note, I ?think? I know who janitor is.

I mean this is why reading from the DRAFT is SHITAKE in my opinion (⌒▽⌒)- really ANYONE could pick ANY number for ANY reason

But what I mean is asking about MATH-SENSEI'S methodology. You EXPLICITYLY said you were NOT townreading and NOT scumreading it, and only found it WEIRD. Have you made any progress in DECIDING what seems more likely to you? (ʃ⌣́,⌣́ƪ)

I took 1 because I:

1) wanted to deny scum a free first pick
2) would not be unhappy being VT
3) if i got the pick, i put scum in a bad situation because I either end up as lynchbait or am completely wrong in my reads so they want to leave me alive to endgame. having the first pick at least makes them considering killing me early just because of the (potentially strong) power.

Math is arguing he wanted VT, but the downside is that he actually makes it easier for scum to get powers.

@Math, I remember what you said about how you *Always* scumread a PR so that could be what is going on with your early scumread on me.

I mean I DO agree that the thought process DOESN'T make sense BUT scum would also be aware of this and probably NOT think like this Σ(-᷅_-᷄๑)

Like it relay... doesn't make sense to claim because a townie is ROLEFIHSING you...

pedit: Are you USUALLY lynchbait? Othrewise I don't see why 3 is applicable in any instance (ʃ⌣́,⌣́ƪ)

Saske is my strongest townread for now.
I also agree with Math that I was scumreading A50 until that big post.

Beefs opening was also town for him.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense it makes even less sense to claim, on page 1, because a scumread is rolefishing you.

I think generally if someone does something that doesn't make sense if they're town, they're scum. I do often see scum taking refuge in audacity, doing things that make no sense so people are like "why do that as scum?"

I don't see how its useful as either party... If you're town you have a vague townread (imo) and if you're scum what do you achieve

I don't really see the point for DESPERATE theatrics when Beefster wasn't under PRESSURE BUT I do like your reasoning (*´▽`*)

Can I INTEREST you in a A50 wagon?

I mean that's the question I want to see YOU solve - my prespective SO FAR is that Mathdino is compiling weak reasons to townread people and then STRENGTHENING or ADJUSTING them with the game's CONTEXT so I think he's town! BUT if you see the vagueness of the read as an interesting point to interact with I think you would be GOING somewhere with it and to me it looks like mostly a dead end (○□○)

pedit: that's what he was always saying...

@Ausuka: i feel like i've seen that line before :igmeou:

@Iconeum: It doesn't make it easier for scum to get PRs if one scum picks 2 (and if another townie picks 2). I picked the number I most thought scum would pick.

@: PRs are NAI in this setup. My scumdar/PRdar mixup doesn't count here. This is actually one of few setups where I actively PR hunt as town in order to gamebreak.

@A50: No, it's just that you've made just one townish post so far. I'm paranoid of everyone and then I start crossing names off lists (or gradually fade names off lists). You're also mathematically less likely to be scum so w/e.
But yeah I'm not particularly paranoid of scum-you. But you have been posting within your scum meta. Still early, things may change.

Iconeum seems townish enough I guess. I agree that it's self-resolving.

We should lynch the Janitor. The Janitor is likely the low-number scum.
