seems like there's a 1v1 in terms of setup design between both creature and okapoka and between varsoon and okapoka

ouch. although, i'm starting to agree with you in that i don't like this setup as much as i did when it was being reviewed. maybe that's because the whole loyal neighborizer / traitor thing got ruined night 1.
i had a misconception regarding the interaction between universal backup and commuter, and town was also probably underpowered.

oh no nevermind,
creature voted mbaki. yeah, town loses.
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 5:10 pm

it'll probably be mbaki today
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 5:10 pm
by Dannflor
yea this game is over
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 5:11 pm
by Dannflor
unless mbaki can pull out some last minute convincing

that's kind of sad. i've been pretty invested in this game as a spectator.

I thought Oka was playing absolutely awful this game but not that I know he's scum I kinda have to rescind that

yea I wish I'd managed to have more of an impact when I came in too, maybe I should have pushed mbaki town even harder lmao

just lurker his way through. I'd like to think that with a less mislynchable town he wouldn't really be able to do that.

it just feels so bad to push a slot like that when town is so scummy
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 5:15 pm

The error that most consistently loses towns games is focusing on the townies who do outrageous things rather than the silently scummy people.
Posted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 5:17 pm
by Dannflor
yea that's a pretty good summary of this game, though I'd had
Oka
pegged as a "town who does outrageous things"

oops maybe spoiler tag that

eh, we've already kind of talked about it out in the open here. i'll just say spoilers for this entire page at the top.
and yeah, that's some people's style as scum and you have to keep that in mind specifically when trying to read them.

I'd flip
vork
KMD
varsoon
suka
before him.
though this post does make me feel a little better.

it's too bad moongrass will be dead tomorrow I feel like he could nail the scum team if the mbaki lynch still goes through today

suka probably had the best reads out of anyone, pretty unfortunate she had to replace out
