She was kinda like that in my last go around with her. She’s rather introspective than outrospective. Least that was the impression I got. RC seems to think that her not being dead set on players is something town her wouldn’t do. In my game she came across as a very decisive player. She locked in people who were town quickly, and set her eyes on people that were scum with minimal waver. She didn’t make it to lylo, so I have no opinion on that.
I’d say though that being uncertain as she is maybe more town indicative from a general outlook at how scum operate. Scum keep options open by wavering. It seems to me that she has made reads and is now uncertain of the reads she has made. Something town are more often to do I think.
Take that for what you will. You have a better scope of the details of this game than I do.- Aubrey

I'm also convinced RC is town. There's no way a town player would ever out themselves as the scum buddy. In post 1765, RadiantCowbells wrote:I think it would be bm in a sense for them to do so
It's better to have the partner do it- Aubrey

It is dangerous for me at this point to try and influence the thread, because I want to be right so badly that it might make me lose, so I'm going to post things in here for a bit while I have feelings that I want to get out and then I will objectively sort them once I've got my pride out of the way:
Why are you appealing to RC right now?In post 1882, Shoshin wrote:Why are we so bad at this game, RC?- Enter

Actually part of the reason I'm scumreading her is that she tries to shade me as scum every time that I consider her as scum in the thread, I think.
Maybe she's just a different kind of player and I can't read her - it's very possible. I just really hate the whole "don't get this wrong" "no stress" "you'll lose it for town" "you're playing bad" sort of comments that come out in every mafia game when you try to push someone. It's so hard for me to deal with. Maybe I'll just take a break because I don't think I'm necessarily being objective.- Aubrey

Ignore shoshin's "embarrassing" comment if she flips town. It's a game based on paranoia after all, and there's nothing wrong with accidentally misreading someone. People get too tight and serious about accuracy in my opinion. Of course if she flips scum, then it was a tactic to get you off her case, so there is no reason to let it effect you then which goes without saying.- Enter

I think once you let go of the fear of losing, and look at it as a just a fun game, it becomes more enjoyable.
--
as for this weight of the world on your shoulders, think of it like a game of soccer. The other team scores right? Whose to blame? Most people point at the goalie, but in actualy the whole team let that ball in the net. offence lost the ball. Defenders weren't able to defend. and the goalies (us) had a misstep. If town loses, we all lose. simple as that. It's a team game just as much as a individual game. usually people who blame others aren't able to look at the situation as a whole and be able to take responsibility for their own faults that they had in the game.
Once that is understood in the back of your mind, you stop caring about those remarks. They may have a small sting, but just brush it off and move on. Maybe don't join future games with those people. Hope that helps some.Copyright © MafiaScum. All rights reserved.
