town didn't "hit" anyone here. i literally randomly selected chemist and people sheeped me. it's not like this game is 4 scum and 5 townies: it's not impossible to have a wagon of 4 people without scum on it (i.e. without scum bussing)
penguin town is a bit of explanation. i'll put effort into it if it becomes necessary and maybe before the end of the day. i will say that i have a pretty good record on reading penguin, though.

him sheeping oka immediately after the scumread there is what moved him below null, and apart from that i don't see much reason to townread him
don't feel like he's really doing much to sort. also the "nsg who's scum" and "summoning" me bother me a little bit, although that might be slightly personal.
