That was a criticism of TiphaineDeath, he was implying that he thinks you may be claiming to read the scum PT even though you're town, but he wants to "punish" you by mislynching you to disincentivize the behavior in future games.

Making a play that you believe will win the current game that 90% of the other players believe will lose you the game is never against the rules.

No, see, there are actions that are less-than-competent and actions that are blacklist worthy. Scumclaims, in my opinion, fall in to the latter category, only now I have two of them because sujimichi felt like doing it to so now I just hate everyone. I may simply ask to be replaced out of this game with apologies to JJH, have not decided yet.

Also as far as actual scum-hunting goes, unless Alim wants to come in and explain some shit to me I am pretty ready to vote eve for president.

I feel similarly, though not as strongly, and I wouldn't want to replace out.

I would like for alimdia to explain why they are posting in the Neighborhood thread despite:

1. All PTs being locked for the rest of the day phase
   
2. Not posting in the main thread

The rules for thief stone technically don't forbid posting in PTs. I would assume if a thread is meant to be locked but isn't, then the Dusk rule would apply, though I could be wrong. Rule #3.
