Why was the response unsatisfactory? Do you think scum are more likely to vote without reasons for the sake of “info” or “reactions”?

He became the largest wagon and once he got to that point in the catch-up (pagetop) he made a tying wagon without reason despite asking someone else for their reason for their vote immediately preceding.

I thought he wasn’t going to do it which is why I switched off.

The thing with the wagon is that two of the players on it have been inactive. It's not a threat.
