Consider this though - if you hammer me because my "reaction is bad", I'll be here D3 and I want to understand exactly why you did that prior to my flip
and yes I am calling you scummy based on that post - I don't get the sense you've ever really committed to a firm read on me and it's problematic that you're giving yourself room to hammer in advance of me even posting in thread. If you think I'm town you should be defending me and pushing on Ydrasse/Isis for their garbage votes
literally no content on D1, no content today. there's only reason I'm being wagoned instead of her is because I don't mince words and I've been stepping on toes by actually trying to play the game
Is this one of those cases where you're using "literally" to mean the opposite of what it's supposed to mean?
Replace "no content today" with "no substantive content today" and I'll give you that one. I'd even be willing to entertain an argument if you went with "no substantive content on D1", although that'd be a harder sell as she did have some reads on D1.

like
this is how she justified two of her votes yesterday
she gave more reasoning for voting me than anyone else she voted, but I'm town so

You could come out with a ten-page confession and I'd still wait to hammer until closer to EOD. Even in this set-up. Time's a resource.
That being said, I have no plans to hammer. If that changes, I will let you know.
I do plan to figure out if your takes here are reasonable.
You're right that I haven't committed to a firm read on you. You're wrong about my post being a pretense to justify a hammer, but at least right now it doesn't feel like an unreasonable kind of wrong.

Thinking more about the hammer business ... yeah, I think that take makes sense, given that you're the one that hammered yesterday and are the one being run up today.
I don't think anyone's specifically said they're voting for you because you hammered, but that doesn't mean the connection isn't there. So it's reasonable to think that scum in general would want to be cautious about hammering today.

So you don't believe in your initial reasons to vote me, Guilty?
In post 1467, Gamma Emerald wrote:I’m kinda thinking MT is town just off the fact remembering how she dealt with my wagon it felt like she genuinely wasn’t ready to vote and wasn’t trying to keep her claws clean
FYI the “scum 100% on my wagon” push was partly to try and intimidate scum into folding at least a little, enough that it might pop out on inspection. I was livid about it happening but was also lucid enough about my rage to try and weaponize it
Mmm I like that phrase, ill be taking it
did you learn anything from it? I guess you probably would've mentioned but still. it was a good idea at least!
I tried to during the night phase but I think my TR on you is the best you’ll see out of that endeavor.
The Day 1 deadline is in: (expired on 2020-08-28 01:03:10)
What happened between these two VCs, Farren? I'm asking you because maybe you've already done the research and I'm too lazy to do it.

GuiltyLion hammered? Other than that, I'd have to look.

Looking into more detail ...
Tail end of the wagon, which is obvious from the vote counts. Time was running out; it wasn't at emergency-gotta-hammer-now levels yet, but at the we-need-to-get-this-done level.
1232 is the only thing I see that might be connected even remotely to what's going on now. Having a difficult time parsing the context, though.
Gamma was annoyed at the wagon - well, he described himself as livid later, but I think he did a decent job of tuning down that down.
Oh, and you tried to flash-wagon me.

I don't feel she's actually trying to solve
@Isis - yes she did, she readily gave a read on MT when prompted
Isis I'm not following 600, what's the inconsistency there
In post 703, GuiltyLion wrote:because there's more interest in Dunn right now, I pushed Ydrasse for a good ~500 posts and like three different people have her as hardtown
I'd happily go back to Ydrasse in a heartbeat if you want to start that up again
Hmm, maybe this isn't distancing. The first Ydrasse vote is a lone one, and quite risk-free. The second one is the second onto her, but Gamma/I were also viable wagons towards the end there, AND Guilty would look really bad if he decided to vote Gamma/I over Ydrasse given the earlier readlist.
Hum de dum

I just realised I considered the fact it's not distancing but then provided arguments for why it could be distancing.
