Why does Riot hate botlane?

I might be starting League of Legends soon, if I can fix my computer so I can run it. Until then I have gotten it to work at my school.

Does any suggest any good and simple characters to start with? I like Ashe, but I am still confused on how to make good builds because the upgrades shop just makes me panic because i never know what to buy and when to buy.

Ashe is a ranged AD carry, and most ranged AD carries are generally built the same way:

Start Boots + 3 health pots to sustain in lane. Get 2x Doran's Blade, 1x Vampiric Scepter, then upgrade your boots into Berserker's Greaves for the Attack Speed.

After this, you want to build towards Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer as your two main damage items. This is your core build.

If the game is still going, you can grab a Last Whisper if they're building armor, or you can get a QSS or Guardian Angel if you want more defensive stats.

Probably Xerath. The idea of rooting myself in place as an actual mechanic makes me squirm in pain.

Or Teemo. I hate Teemo. So probably him.

My last one would probably be Twitch or Trundle, simply because they're the most useless champs at the moment.

I personally like going two Vamp Scepters early on, especially if I have trouble staying in lane and/or don't have a sustain support. Tons of lifesteal and sells for 100g more than a DBlade later on.

But the second vamp scepter doesn't give you any health or any damage and that's why it's usually worth the loss in sell off price later

this has just not been my night in LoL

I've gotten in the vibe of playing with a ranked team that communicates well so when I initiate things and nobody except Grimm follows up when we're duoqueing it frustrates me to no end.

as with all things in LoL, it's situational

if I'm forced back early and behind enough to where I have like 500g and am nowhere close to another big item, I'll grab the second vamp. Or around midgame if I'm doing really well.
