My theory here is that Titus faked being a watcher, and added the odd night only into it to buy another day of life before we started in on wifoming why they were still alive. Titus picked a role that would give information and would easily explain why he was seen visiting Egg if there was any other role that could have detected that. I think that Titus implicated Green because they are both scum and this was a way to spread the mist around should either of them die. If Titus died and flipped scum then Green would be cleared based off the accusation. If Green was killed and flipped scum then Titus would be clear based off the fact that he called out scum and was correct. It is a win win scenario here for them.
Since we are willing to give Titus the benefit of the doubt, and he will most likely die tonight, I think that todays lynch should be Green. I am sticking with the idea that Desp would not have interacted with me in the way that he did if he were town. I am asking you guys to trust my judgement on this one.

You were doing so good until you went conspiracy mode. I was convinced Desp was scum and faked a guilty on him since I should have had one.
