So right now I don't agree with the Wyrd wagon. The founding of it is LOL LET'S LYNCH FATE BECAUSE HE ISN'T POSTING, which means that if it hits scum, it's essentially a crapshoot and lucky as fuck. I understand the need to cut it loose every once in a while and I agree that a private QT is a fine way to start a bullshit wagon on someone. I don't agree with later conclusions that Fate's reaction was scummy; generally, pointing out that everything that started on you was founded on sheer bullshit is the way to defend yourself as town OR scum. What reassures me about the Wyrd slot is mostly Nuwen's posting; I like that they posted the QT link in a roundabout break the system type way, and I like that they revealed it as soon as possible.

DGB wagon is also fairly weak. A lot of the things being pointed out to be scumtells (third party hunting, complaining about high volume posting early and then posting a lot herself) are more DGB-tells which means congratulations, you're playing with DGB. I'd like kuribo to follow up on his DGB tell (did she drop it? were you mistaken? if you're having doubts then you're probably overthinking and you should find something else to read her), though. I really like her putting her reputation on the line for an OD lynch, and I like her reaction to Ythan specifically and I am really tempted to call her definite town for it, but I need to do a little bit of checking through things before I see if it's a DGB tell again or what.

OneDirection is fine. I liked Faraday's posting in the QT more than I liked Faraday's posting in thread, but I don't really think that it's time to lynch him now. A lot of the moves he's made that I don't really feel necessary to point out at this juncture seem like terrible scum choices, and I don't really think Faraday is that foolish as scum. I'd like to see him push other scumreads, though; whether he's right with it or not, he needs to take a break on the DGB read for a moment and come back to it later.

I find myself flopping on Zoidberg a lot, although before the latest bunch of postings, I'd call him my strongest scumread. I didn't really like how he called me out for breadcrumbing. He didn't seem annoyed by it, he didn't seem like he thought I was scum for it. It just seemed like he expected something more, which I didn't really like. There's also him taking the "spam sucks" position and bitching about it plenty, yet happily using it to coast by as much as he pleased, there's the Wyrd vote (which sucked), and now there's the OneDirection vote which also sucked a ton because it made that "oh this is a town on scum argument and I find one townier than the other, so vote!" argument that I really hate seeing around. But he was also the first person to bring up outing the topic, which I found townish because him not trusting anyone is generally a good sign. So for now I still lean scum, but there's room for shuffling around on this.

Quilford is still town and if I could kill everyone in game but Quilford and myself, I'd do it.

That's not the founding for Fate wagon.

Founding for it is his entrance into this game, as well as their early posting in the QT. I won't talk about Fate's opening QT post as that requires being able to read him on a deeper level, but Nuwen's first bit of posting in the QT was bad. Then Fate's subsequent reaction to everything, and his explanations for some of those actions too.

At least, that's the basis for my Fate scumread. And apparently no one seems to get that the "lolfateisscumbeforeheposts" was a joke that Fate tried to use as reasoning to dismantle the strength of my read on him.
I mean, being able to tell Fatescum and Fatetown apart is something that's important in having a perfect F2F vengeful record against Fate at GOOFBASH.

Jacob comes in every once in a while and snipes random shit, isn't actually making the slightest effort to scumhunt but is making an effort to coast.

I don't think a matter of me disagreeing with someone's logic. There are lots of things I disagree with and that find scummy. I think her whole LOL I HATE SPAMMERS thing is incredibly fake, and she's using it as an excuse to pseudo policy lynch people (and it's especially hypcoritical and makes no sense coming from her since she posts a fucking load). I think her weird unexplained town read on Wyrd is scummy (and she has made no attempt to try and say what was so obvtown about them, she's pretty much not so much as said 'boo' about the case). I think her push on me and accusing it of OMGUS is a way to try and discredit a valid read on her. I mean it's not that she literally cannot possibly be town it's that everything she's done together doesn't make sense. Oh, and yes the 'no reason to keep the qt secret' from someone who loves to gambit is extremely weird and I don't think she's actually trying to scumhunt and analyse motivations.

Anyway, gonna take Nacho's suggestion on board and hopefully Empire won't be hungover and be able to talk through the game.

It's him voting not because he thinks its a good idea
not voting because something else has happened to make it better than before
but because he wants to appease someone else.

Just about every newer scum player does this because it is their number 1 priority to not get voted and doing what other people tell them, regardless of whether they would ordinarily think it's a good idea or smart or is the right play to make as town, will give the other person less of a reason to vote them.

Thunderhog's not doing it to make a point
he's not voting because he thinks it's what he SHOULD be doing
he's doing it because someone else TOLD him to and he doesn't want to piss them off and get voted or get attention because of it.
