They're the main reason I couldn't be bothered to post. The miscarriage drama really did happen. About a week later, she broke down and admitted thay shed actually had a miscarriage a few weeks before that. (I mentioned this in the scum thread)

Of course there's also the possibility that she was never pregnant to begin with. During all this, my last girlfriend also expressed to me her undying love and asked me to marry her. Oh and my current girlfriend (we're back together) also wants me to marry her.

Wow I genuinely didn't realise the deadline was that soon. I realised I was trying to have my cake and eat it in the last day so that I could justify getting on either lynch (which was naughty and scummy and called out rightfully so). I tried hard to make droog look like my scumbuddy and UT to an extent. Shame it ended this way though

Actually I avoided the quick hammer cause I was afraid of bastard shenanigans. I didn't have the benefit of being able to go down in flames to get the win for my team...so I really played conservatively because of it.

Well played scum, speaking frankly the town play in this was awful. Three self-voters (which is never playing to your wincon) and the inability of town to agree on a lynch on the last day is shocking. I hate to say I told you so, but I was bang on the money about Kuribo being scum too. Shame nobody listened but maybe I could have done more to ram the point home

The fact that so many people knew I was scum and figured they couldn't lynch me makes me glad I'm retired


(Because it would piss me off once that mindset creeped into my town games)

No interest whatsoever in this game. Good job Bookitty for making an effort.

After the first 3 self-vote mislynches, what little motivation I had to breaking this game flew out the window. Not that I was too pleased with my role to begin with, or the personal attacks, or the total train wreck this game was in general, I gave it a night to allow scum to NK and when they didn't I just replaced out. And town STILL lynched Bookitty. Unbelievable.

agreed. might actually make me pull the trigger on a no self-voting policy (or rather you can, but I won't count it). I've resisted doing it because I didn't really want to deal with the gambits that will arise from it and I've wanted to allow scum to self-hammer in advantageous spots, but it sort of doesn't seem worth it on balance.

I wouldn't do this. I think this game was an anomaly. I for one, have never self-voted prior to this. As I explained, I felt it was important for town to move past Farside vs. Juls. It was advantageous to scum to keep that argument going. I don't think I played against my win condition in doing so but I understand if you disagree.
