I find hoods incredibly useful especially overnight

You can discuss reads and discuss what happened in the game and if people are trusted then it’s a secret chat scum can’t touch

And if there is a scum in there you can find likely buddies.

Yes, they could have. Its not likely, I'm using the info I have combined with the info all of town has. I'll explain more when mala checks in however.

Also I e just outed mala as a PR with a targeting ability. Scum in the neighborhood with mala are going to be interested in getting info on what mala did to spin the situation. Preferably in the hood where they have intimate access to mala outside of the majority of towns reach. So yeah it's useless to town not Mafia.

I can vibe this. I asked Mala for one read, trying to gently bring her into the game, and no response.

I think you need to play with Titus or me or someone who plays with hoods more.

They’re absolutely a great tool. There’s a mini normal in where Titus was pretty much outed because of her hood (and some of her) thread play. I hinted I had an inno on someone in hood and she kept pushing them in main thread.

Soon after I posted my reads list. That's when I went back and skimmed the game after Titus' replacement a second time. It was my mistake that I didn't really articulate it.

But I have never seen a gated scum roleblocker that I remember. And I explained why roleblockers are rarely fake claims.

You are likely right that roleblock isn't a common fakeclaim b/c giving scum a roleblock is a common thing. but scum not having gates is v untrue.

Well maybe that's just my one year of experience speaking then. I just couldn't recall playing with a gated scum roleblocker anywhere, on-site or offsite.

To be fair I was/am hardly pushing anyone. I have been trying to get a hold on this game and since everyone decided to go “Hey look at me I am a PR” the best thing for me to do is shut up and see how things play out since it’s like flying blind.

It is possible that there’s 0-3. That part is correct.

The part you’re incorrect on is that scum have to maintain both the thread and the main game as avenues of seeming Townie. It’s a thread in a thread. By keeping it active and talking reads you can use it as a secondary scum hunting tool.

I definitely wouldn’t say use it as a mass claim device but it’s very helpful for pressuring and finding scum.
