How do you tie in the one kill per night? My only idea is that the mafia do not have a night kill. It makes sense but I have never seen it in a mafia game before.

I've had a long gut feeling about this.

For some additional reading:

I went back and checked replacements, and noticed that even with some that have been replaced more often than not, anyone who has been replaced would seem to have missed a night or more for their chance to kill. This either places it as a single SK who's been in the game the whole way, or a second scum team that has had at least one member always active.

I highly doubt that Minineko is the one performing any kills. I don't see why after almost everyone thinks of him as confirmed town that he would have survived a night or three later.

I also think that the precooked mafia has at least one more member. In fact, it's probably only one more for balance, but it seems highly unlikely that they have a NK. This is probably just a bunch of rambling thoughts, but it makes sense to me.

There are six living original players. Why can't any of the others have performed the kill?

It's usually etiquette for mods to allow replacements to have the chance to use their power role before night ends. A SK could simply check the last vote count and go for someone not being voted if they didn't have time to read everything.

What I Pm'd you about a while back has happened and unfortunatly I can not commit anymore

I can only get on to this site once every few days and that is just crappy and only going to stale this game more then it already is. Until you can replace me, I will check in when I can and post when I can. For everyone else to not hold this agianst the person who replaces me I have been deployed and when you are in the middle east internet access is not always easy. Sorry everyone.
