Seriously Guardian, this was one of the most fun games I've played. I really like figuring out what the heck is going on, and with so many red herrings and DGB's flavour it's even more fun :P. I already thought the capitols did nothing though, but the pegs were hard to find out :).

I didn't read everything post-game, I don't have time now but will share my comments later. This was a very good game, and exciting till the end. Congrats town.

Adel, why did you give up on D3?

DGB's role was genius. But if you were town, why confuse us with the flavour? (it was funny, but didn't help us very much)

I only don't understand how Triforce of Power would be a safeclaim, everyone (besides Shaft.ed, he had to look it up :P) knows that this Triforce is in the possession of Ganondorf, who is evil. If the theme was not didn't make sense, Kison's rolename would just reveal that he's scum. In fact, because the theme was things that don't make sense, I thought Link was scum and the Triforce of Power town.

Guardian, where did I violate my PR three times? I thought it was two times.

I finished reading the scum thread and I think their biggest mistake was leaving Xtoxm alive. He probably had the most powerful role for the town and he was pretty much confirmed after vig'ing vollkan. I'm surprised you didn't take him out.

And DGB really saved this thing for the town. Her ANGELS comment was brilliant and forced the odd number of players after the Lawrecnelot protection.

Oh, loving what was said about me:
Another good choice is just to kill Xtoxm. He's a terribly weak player but he's a doctor.
xtoxm is a tool. I want him to live to see endgame.
I have been part of a townies lynch only once in lylo as town!

Loved your monologue Kison!

You overestimated my suspicions for RB and underestimated mine for you, btw.

Only now I realized 9.75 was the train platform in Harry Potter... not that it matters much.

Also, the PR's were a suggestion by me :P. This was my private questionnaire:
On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being town and 10 being anti-town, where do you want to be? (note: there are only so many anti-town slots and I might have already made up my mind... the game is called iPick )
I really don't mind, but I don't like being a survivor or something, so between 1 and 10 I'll choose 1.
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being unable to speak, how comfortable would you be with having a role with a significant post restriction?
7
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being uncommon, how comfortable would you be with having a role that is very uncommon/unconventional?
10
On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being bad, how likely are you to need replacement?
1. I never got replaced, and hopefully never will be.
Any specific role/type of role you want?
A cool power role that can be used during day or twilight.
I may completely ignore this, but any private expectations you have for this game, make them known here, and I'll ignore them, or if you are lucky, take them into account .
Do something with
breadcrumbs
: involve them in the game mechanics. Or not.
Oh lol. It wasn't me after all. Huh, I really thought I suggested PR's. Well my suggestions did not go through then :)

I like your breadcrumbs idea, Lawrencelot. I dont know how to action that as a mod but I hope you manage to do it in some game in the future. You could make a power role need to leave a breadcrumb each day if they want to use their power, for example. (not necessarily a good idea. just the first one that popped into my little head.)

Well he still got what he wanted. It's not like you knew invisible DGB was still around to hammer him with Lawrencelot's help the following day.

Yeah I'm sad Lawrencelot didn't get to use the breadcrumb of our mason pairing.

Good win town. You guys did a great job of identifying cicero and I as scum. Kison played his heart out, and with a really good claim. I wish he would've won, but I clearly didn't deserve to.

Well it is.

Actually Adel, I think the iPick gave me the biggest lead on the scum group. I know if I were the mod you three would have been the scum. And DGB would have been the invisible townie writing cut scenes.

I don't like that Guardian shared the link with the rest of you. It was really rude of me to refer to Xtoxm as being a "tool" there, but I was short on time and wanted to quickly express that he could be trusted vote for someone who wasn't scum.

Haha, but since you let him live and he outwitted your team, the joke's on you, girl!

;-)
Paraphrasing a role PM takes seconds, fabricating a good fakeclaim takes an eternity.

Xtoxm was scary because he was unpredictable and way more aggressive than I anticipated. He was a piece of work to fend off. :)

(that's a good thing)

Haha

:twitch: I CAN QUIT WENEVR I WAAAAAANT!!!

Seriously, I just need to finish up Adel's nightmare. Then I'm all out of games. I'll still be around in mafia discussion and general discussion so you'll think I'm not taking a break. But believe me, I'll be taking a break. We'll see when and if I'll come back. I've been playing in at least one mafia game (and for a while in a lot of them) since June of last year. In addition recently I played as scum in this other mafia game off site that involved board mafia plus AIM chatting constantly with over 30 other players plus a very, um, active and challenging moderator. While this was indeed epic fun, I'm exhausted. Plus I live in Canada and the weather just got nice. I'm going to try to find some excuse to go outside and play. Maybe lose a few pounds.

Edit: And oh yeah, I haven't modded yet and I'm creeping up the mini normal queue. So that'll be my next project. Getting my mod privileges sometime later this summer. Stay tuned!
