Speculating random shit but is it possible scum no killed last night in return for some sort of factional power? Or is it possible that scum aren't multitasking but all wanted to use their prs which lead to no kill?

right - but obviously something happened, she crumbed the stuff d1, the flavor fits; and, no one else is claiming the flavor or being responsible for the mod statement so it's a Occam's razor thing for now.
