For Ankamius it likely means she is Town.
For me it likely means I am either confTown or scum. (The first in this case) People have seriously talked about policy lynching me in some games I am that good as scum RC.

Everything is a blob of whatevers until my reads start to count. I had no reads that counted early on and I was honest about that and didn't try to push shit.

Later in the game I had reads that counted and started hard pushing them starting with nancy town. Yes I was wrong about Grey but I was right about everything else that I pushed.
