I don't think his play has improved that much today. Flub's posting hasn't really pulled me in any certain direction. I suppose I don't mind the wagon, but I'm not gonna add to it at the moment. I wanna talk about fetch considering he was one of my early trs.
why'd you pick aaron over nom?
how so?In post 1628, Sirfetchd wrote:I still reckon the Billy flip means nothing for reads on Xayah fwiw.
@suji: same diff.
We still got 6 days left, why do you mind about it?In post 1648, skitter30 wrote:i think this is a remarkably uncharitable way to understand aaron's post, i don't think this is what he was saying at allIn post 1587, Luca Blight wrote:So basically you were only going to take Rb’s reads into account if they were convenient for you, otherwise they’re irrelevant.
pedit no. weren't you on the nom wagon? plz get back on it, ty
Why did you ask Luca to get back on nom wagon.In post 1648, skitter30 wrote:pedit no. weren't you on the nom wagon? plz get back on it, ty
This is the only thing anyone wanted to ask me about.In post 1647, Kerset wrote:At the end of D1 the only thing that he talked about was Billy.
This would be like classic scum distancing - generate a read which seems unaligned but get off when there's a chance of the lynch actually going throughIn post 1661, Something_Smart wrote:This is the only thing anyone wanted to ask me about.In post 1647, Kerset wrote:At the end of D1 the only thing that he talked about was Billy.
I was the first person to actually case Billy (iirc). Why would I do that and then drop off just when the wagon started to get serious?
Haven’t had time to check back yet, but I thought you were just the first to vote Billy even though you didn’t scumread him? I was the one who cased/pushed Billy and I believe you became more interested as a result of that.In post 1661, Something_Smart wrote:This is the only thing anyone wanted to ask me about.In post 1647, Kerset wrote:At the end of D1 the only thing that he talked about was Billy.

I know it wasn’t what he said, as I explained already - but it was his mindset based on his progression. Frost was supposedly interested in rb’s reads until it turned out he was townreading Nom, at which point Frost disregarded them.In post 1648, skitter30 wrote:i think this is a remarkably uncharitable way to understand aaron's post, i don't think this is what he was saying at allIn post 1587, Luca Blight wrote:So basically you were only going to take Rb’s reads into account if they were convenient for you, otherwise they’re irrelevant.

That's not classic scum distancing, that's stupid scum distancing... when I bus, I commit to it.In post 1663, Wooper wrote:This would be like classic scum distancing - generate a read which seems unaligned but get off when there's a chance of the lynch actually going through
I only disregarded that possibility when Flubb pointed out that rb was high up on the draft list, then it clicked that that why probably why rb was killed. It had nothing to do with rb's reads being convenient for me or not.In post 1666, Luca Blight wrote:I know it wasn’t what he said, as I explained already - but it was his mindset based on his progression. This is bad reason for not lynching nom today. First of all, I can't even wrap my head around the fact that you wouldn't be willing to lynch somebody you find scummy. Second, that last statement is objectively false since nom's been pushed pretty aggressively today and if she flips town, then either the ones pushing her, or the ones who hopped on when the wagon got going are good lynch candidates for Day 3. I could see that logic being true if we had lynched town yesterday, but we didn't.In post 1665, Sirfetchd wrote:I think my main issue with the nom wagon is that it doesn't make a heap of sense for today. Like sure, I get there's a solid line where nom is relationally scummy, but it feels like if it right sweet that is awesome, but if it is wrong, there is a very real issue with stagnation and zero game solve comes out of it. I think there's no concrete relationals outside skit, so that means you gotta make some.
tl;drnom is day 3/4 lynch, swing around votes and get multiple wagons going throughout the day bc I said so bc I am lazy.
I guess when I flip you'll understand that someone's activity has nothing to do with their alignment.In post 1668, Luca Blight wrote:UNVOTE:

Out of my three main scumreads, you’re the one I’m expecting the most from and I’m not getting it atm.
