The progression from 1583 to 1612/1614/1615 reads as forced. You scumread me for my point about Dunn, but don't know enough about his posting history to be shocked about it and vote him to push the wagon across the line. With the later posts as context, 1583 reads more like scum jumping on my wagon than town trying to sort me and making a read.

Scum killing Nero show either a threat there or setting up Titus more. However, I don't think they target Nero as a protective PR, meaning that this wasn't a consideration when killing and most likely means Titus is lying.

Well as a single view point, because Nero had them as scum.
Also, just because Nero was obviously not a babysitter, doesn't mean he wasn't an investigative role. Meaning Titus is the check every time.

But the actually question is, why does the scum team kill Nero here?
I think people try to focus too much on 1 member of the scum as if other opinions do not matter in the scum thread.

Titus being V/LA and busy could impact their participation in who to kill, so I'm not going to hold the above against Titus directly.

I think this is a plenty good reason to say we can't draw conclusions on Titus from the Nero lim. Also, I don't remember many people having super hard town reads on Nero aside from maybe Dwlee? And the general surprise from people that have posted so far show (to me at least) that most weren't expecting Nero to be killed...meaning it would be a good target for scum worried about a babysitter protecting town

and then i questioned him on it and he jokingly deflected and eventually said he was completely joking and he's definitely town but the way he's nervously declaring himself a city dweller feels really weird

Kyo, what's your current read on Anya? You haven't mentioned them since the last post I quoted here and it seems like they've been doing all of the talking for the both of you related to the hood. I need more explanation from you/the hood about how you guys got to where you are reads-wise.

I’ll start from the very beginning because I don’t remember much.

so my perspective right now is that i came into day 1 way too hot and wound up getting into a big TvT with nero that wound up being a huge waste of time and just completely suffocated the game. clearly, i need to take a step back, refocus, and completely change my approach. from my position i know it's likely there were scum taking advantage of our bickering and i'm gonna read back with that in mind. i also want to give the game space to breathe because a lot of people just really haven't said all that much (the pace of the game likely did not help with this) and i'd like to be able to actually get a read on townie lurker vs scummy lurker

I don't really understand the push on Kyo. I trust town!anya to be able to read her neighbor's alignment better than we can here. They can play that minigame, we can play in the real world of the thread.
