His flavor claim does not make sense for this spot in the game, and so far both non-vt flips align with the flavor.
His ability does not make sense either, because based on flavor we can already assume that Chrono+Lucca+Frog are in the game, we don't need a pr ability just to tell us that.

When it happened tho, the top 2 wagons were T3 and Mara, both with 4 votes, and Robert was not on either of those wagons.
