I still don’t think Norwegian is scum, since I specifically know that Norwegian has at least not taken one action, which I really can’t see how scum Norwee just decides to not use their ability with no multitasking and Kilga just NKs.
Actually Lukewarm’s claim earlier adds unnecessary wiform, since scum saw the claim if I remember right.
I’m not familiar with Motion Tracker btw, I just know if they used an action or not if I can use my ability.

motion detector would also recognized visitors. SM is basically just the half that checks if someone acts or not.

If the game isn't over->
NorwegianBoy delays Me or Gamma.
Yakuri protects NorwegianBoy
SM hides with NorwegianBoy
If we wake up tommorrow with a nightkill, let's assume it's RegRider since he is conftown.
One of me/gamma will be cleared from Norwe,
SM will be clear
Possible killers: Yakuri, One of Me/Gamma.
Conftown: SM/One of Me/Gamma
We eliminate the one of me/gamma Norwe didn't delay.
If game still isn't over,
we eliminate Yakuri the next day and this should be winning as long as Norwe isn't scum?

D5 -> Lim Gamma, LLD is confirmed town if someone dies. Norwee is confirmed scum if he didn't act.

D6 -> Lim LLD if she's not confirmed town at this point. If LLD is confirmed town, lim Yukari or Norwee because town already won.
