He did absolutely nothing to stop himself from being lynched in that post. Just offered up some words that he could faal back on later as an "I told you so" sort of deal. That isn't scum motivated. If hes scum, he just made a godlike post. No offense to PV, but I find it much more likely that hes actually town and actually annoyed at the chaotic state of the game and his wagon formation.

His flat refusal to offer a nice packaged claim or reads on his way out or "you'll be sorry!!" (although that was implied) strongly looks like someone who doesnt care if they are lynched at this point.

To be honest, that fight with Emogirl had to happen. I was lynched, but won.

Here, I might fight something, but there really is nothing to fight.

I also think that Dan could have a scum equivalent power, and that special infected is his fakeclaim, thus, he can post something like this. Bluntly, I see it as nullscum. It can come from town, but also easily scum, and in fact I think it is more likely to come from scum.

Also, thoughts on Thor being scum-distancing-Dan? Because Thor's had Dan as scum, yet now that we're flashwagoning him, is clinging onto the dead PV wagon.
